Masti Zone

Very poor service even no item to play for kids between age 7-9 ,in trampoline,,but during enquiry they said all area is under trampoline Very bad ...

Don’t go for Kid play area, All slide need Maintenance and baby will get hurt. We are regular customer of dwarka outlet in starting days all games and maintenance was good. But now owner should think to check all games.

I had a disappointing experience at the Trampoline section of Masti Zone Dwarka Sec13. The lady staff did not treat all parents equally. Some parents were allowed inside with their children, while others — including me — were strictly denied entry without any valid reason. This kind of inconsistent and unfair behavior is unacceptable. If there's a rule, it should be applied to everyone equally, not selectively. The attitude of the staff was unhelpful, and it clearly seemed like they were biased or poorly trained. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone until they fix their management and staff behavior.

Gamezone was awesome. staff were busy in gupshup instead of supporting kids. Traplonine sud also has few swings or machinery swings to make more interesting. Music was not playing. Slide lights were not operational. Got 500 rs. discount on my kid b'day. Overall good experience.

Bumper car was without belt that cause to injured my wife and son, I immediately reported this incident to the staff there but they didn’t reply on this

My kids loved to play there the little one plays in the play area and my big one loves the vr and all the other games one little thing they have to cover is the trampoline park trampolines the big ones have sime holes in them my big ones foot got stuck in one so please if you see this tell them to patch it

One of the best trampoline park in Delhi, the staff is very kind and supportive.

Great place for celebrating birthdays of kids, food too is good. Staff is very helpful. Only thing to consider is including the high grip socks in the birthday package as they only inform of bringing socks and on the day of the event inform the socks are not good enough and force to buy their own.

Staff just very supportive some games are not working but still good for Childers

Bad attitude of stuff if any problem a lady will appear as manager & the actual manager will hide play area is unhygienic & unsafe with broken slides and half of the things not working . Look at the sand they have kept at the sand play area. Slides are so dangerous they are straight with a bulge that throw you down with a bad impact the impact when you slide down is so hard that a small child can easily get hurt . They have put rope on one of the slide to avoide the impact so unsafe Also the ball pop out machine is not working and the manager & the staff is totally unbothered about it.
