Very bad experience…..my child underwent 2 surgeries….they are not having any first aid … neither arrangement of doctor or anyother…after having injury how child go to ground floor as no provision of lift was dere..lack of staff at jumping area…

Visited today and it was closed. Person has no idea when it will reopen. First he said it will take an hour and we agreed to wait, suddenly he said he don’t know. Very disappointing and no notification to existing customers via sms etc.

So not the place to go .. very bad customer service. Half of the things are not working. Don’t waste time bakwaas trampoline is park

Worst worst worst experience the staff didn’t even know how the bumper cars work no music no people unsafe for children and no games for ages 10-15NEVER COMING BACK HERE …

I had a Birthday party on 9th Mar. The booking was for 10 cards for 10 kids with food combo. At the end of party they charged for 12 cards saying you have taken 12 cards, though we had only 9 kids present in party. After party I have returned 10 cards to them but they charged me for 12 cards Rs 3k. My coordinator was Mr. Rajan who was supportive and tried to convinced but the guy and one girl on reception were continuously lying and supported. They are just open and started doing cheating. This was my first and last bad experience with so called "No Masti Zone" Beware of this place, before going here pls clear and count everything. They are stubborn, unsupportive and liar.

Very bad experience went to masti zone raddison hotel dwarka. The ac was not working. Out of 6 seater VR only three were working, when approached the staff they said it's not working we can't do anything. Very unprofessional and average staff they were more interested in gossiping. Went there for the first time not planning go again. Very bad experience.

Trampoline games can’t be played as staff is not available… Place has gone from poor to pathetic…

Recently On 14th May I organised my Son's Birthday party with 15 Kids and 10 family members. The staff with Ms Neha's coordination is good and cooperative. They managed all the things -the food,games, trampoline etc- very well. Children thoroughly enjoyed all the games specialy Trampoline. Ms. Neha was also soft spoken and manageable through out the celebration.

Great experience, helpful staff, neha madam is very professional...great fun time...
