My experience at Masti Zone, Dwarka, where I celebrated my son's birthday was great not only due to the place and it's ambience but to a larger extent because of the warm and helpful staff especially Ms. Neha who was exceptionally efficient and took very good care of everything during the party, which made our day wonderful

Very disappointing and unsafe experience at the Masti Zone in Radisson Blu Dwarka. Visited with my 2.5-year-old, and the play area was far below acceptable standards. My child was hurt while using one of the slides due to poor design and maintenance. The ball pit had very few balls, exposing hard surfaces underneath, which is extremely unsafe for toddlers. Most of the slides and equipment were not toddler-friendly and seemed unsuitable for younger children. The entire area was also very dirty and poorly maintained, which was shocking for a hotel of this reputation. We had to cut our visit short due to safety concerns. While the staff member present (Nidhi) was polite and helpful, the overall design, cleanliness, and safety of the Masti Zone are extremely poor. Strongly recommend the management conduct a proper safety and hygiene audit before allowing children to use this facility.

Highly unsafe for children with no asisstance n monitoring from staff.very poor upkeep and highly unprofessional staff. Except for the available space - there is nothing which can be rated even as average. As a parent no would would want to take even 1% risk because of poor quality and maintenance. Highly Not Recommended !!

Very bad experience at place. Most of sensors were malfunctioning, payment cut but games not working or stopped in between . Non Cooperative people. Food court person not available at 7 pm and we were informed that he will be available after 1 hour. waste of time and money

I organized my son's birthday here and they made sure that everything was manage to perfection. The quality of the food and the service was very good. They also to care of all the children and make sure that the parents did not have to worry at all

I have celebrated my son’s 11th birthday party here and the experience is tremendous. All the games, activities are worth the try. Staff is very polite and is on toes whole time. I would specially thanks Ms Neha for her excellent service. It was a nice place will come back again soon.

Not worth it at all! After recharging for ₹10,000, most of the games were not even working. On top of that, the staff were extremely unprofessional. Since we still had some balance left, we decided to go back the next day, Sunday, to either use it or get it redeemed. But guess what? They were closed! Seriously, after spending such a huge amount, this is the kind of service we get? Totally disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. Poor service, unprofessional staff, and a complete waste of time and money. 🙄
