Excellent hospitality , very clean and hygenic setup. Ample and polite staff who patiently helped kids with all supervised swings. Food is worth every penny! Certainly would recommend it to friends

I loved the experience. I have never been to a play zone with delicious food. 10 on 10. Must visit.

⭐️⭐️ (2/5) | Seahop We celebrated my 3-year-old son’s birthday at Seahop, Lajpat Nagar (20 Jan 2026). Overall, the place is decent — the staff were courteous, and the food was genuinely good. Kids enjoyed the play area, so in that sense the event went fine. However, a few issues parents should be mindful of: 1) Decorations not as promised (initially) We had confirmed a Spiderman theme, with more Avengers cut-outs, ballons, and better use of the theme elements (arch/backdrop etc.). But on arrival, the décor was not done as discussed. It was later rectified after we raised it, but for a paid birthday package this kind of lapse shouldn’t happen — décor is a major part of the package. 2) Billing mismatch / lack of flexibility The package was for 20 people (10 adults + 10 kids). We had clearly told them earlier that kids would be only 7–8, and asked them to adjust accordingly — the manager agreed at the time. But at billing, the manager refused to adjust and charged for 3 extra kids, which felt unfair considering what had already been discussed. 3) Service gap during dinner Even basic things like onions were served only after I reminded the manager again. 4) Odd security presence There were two very muscular security-type staff present, which felt unnecessary and a bit odd for a children’s birthday setting. 5) Payment demanded mid-party They also asked for payment in the middle of the party, which is quite uncomfortable during a kids’ birthday event. Payment should ideally be handled either before the event begins or after it ends. 6) Service / supervision reduced early The manager and some staff left around 8 PM, while the party/guests were still there. This gave the impression that things were being wrapped up even though the event was ongoing. Total bill was around ₹50,000 (approx. 25 people). Verdict: Not terrible, but execution and billing clarity need improvement. If you’re booking here, I strongly recommend getting décor specifics and headcount/billing terms written in advance, so there are no surprises later

Wish there could have been an option to give them ZERO star This review is to formally record a serious grievance regarding the conduct of staff and the safety standards at Sea Hop, Lajpat Nagar. My child attended a private birthday event at this facility. During the course of the visit, multiple staff members demonstrated grossly inappropriate behavior toward children under their supervision. Staff were observed physically pushing children and handling them roughly, resulting in physical injury, emotional distress, and visible fear among the children present. Such conduct constitutes a clear breach of duty of care expected from any establishment catering to minors. A children’s play area is obligated to provide a safe, controlled, and non-violent environment, supported by trained personnel capable of managing children responsibly. Sea Hop failed to meet these basic and essential standards. Equally concerning was the absence of immediate corrective action, apology, or accountability from the staff or on-site management when the issue was noticed. This reflects a systemic issue in staff training, supervision, and internal grievance handling. Parents place implicit trust in such facilities for the safety and well-being of their children. Based on this experience, Sea Hop does not currently meet acceptable safety or professional benchmarks. I urge the management to treat this complaint with seriousness and undertake an immediate review of staff behavior, training protocols, and child safety policies. Until demonstrable corrective measures are taken, I would strongly advise parents to exercise caution before considering this facility.

Just celebrated my kids 5th birthday here . Had an amazing experience with the play area , food and decor . Special mention to Neeraj and Kajal who made the planning very easy . Great place . Thanks Sea Hop looking forward to coming again.

We celebrated our twins’ 4th birthday at Sea Hop, and overall it was a lovely experience. The birthday decoration was done very nicely and created a cheerful vibe for the kids. A special thanks to Aanchal for decoration and Kajal and Raman for taking such good care of all the arrangements and ensuring everything went smoothly. The food was good, though a few items were slightly on the spicier side considering it was a kids’ party—those could be a bit milder. Overall, we enjoyed the celebration and our guests were also happy. Thank you, Sea Hop, for making the day memorable for our family! 🎉🎂

We had a fun time at Sea Hop. Good hygiene is maintained at the play area. Also, staff is very cooperative.
