Sea Hop

Best place for kids wonderful experience staff is very polite amd sweet.Highly recommend

"I had a very bad experience. The biggest problem is the car parking. The area is extremely crowded, and there are no proper parking facilities. There isn't even anyone available to guide you on where to park your car. Overall, it was very inconvenient."

We hosted our daughter’s second birthday here.. everything was planned and executed very well ! I would like to appreciate Ms Kajal for taking care of all details very well ! For the decor Ms Anchal handled everything very well ! The kids had a great time and we are very happy with the arrangements !

We celebrated our child’s birthday at Sea hop, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. There was clear mismanagement throughout the event, especially during food service. The staff failed to serve one dish from the pre-decided limited menu, which was both embarrassing and upsetting, particularly during a private celebration planned for kids and families. This is not something one expects after careful planning and confirmation. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of responsiveness afterward. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no meaningful response for weeks. The overall attitude felt indifferent, as if our concerns and the inconvenience caused did not matter at all. From service coordination to post-event communication, the experience fell far below expectations. Sadly, this was not the stress-free and enjoyable celebration we had hoped for, and based on our experience, we would think twice before recommending this place for important family events.

Our experience at Sea Hop was, unfortunately, quite disappointing right from the start. Upon arrival, the security guard seemed completely uninterested in helping us find where to park. He was more focused on relaxing and chatting than offering any assistance, which set a poor tone for the visit. As we entered the facility, things didn’t improve. The play area was dark and uninviting — none of the lights were on, making the space feel gloomy rather than fun or exciting for kids. To add to that, the staff had their own music playing at an odd volume, which clashed with the environment and made it feel unprofessional. For a place charging ₹1100 per hour, you’d expect a high standard of cleanliness, lighting, and staff engagement — none of which we experienced. If they’re going to charge premium rates, they need to maintain the space properly and provide a welcoming, well-managed atmosphere. Sadly, that wasn’t the case. We won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it unless significant improvements are made.

Great ambience friendly staff and lots of fun for kids highly recommended 👍 …

Very disappointing experience. The staff behaved extremely rudely and were not at all professional. On top of that, my child’s finger got hurt during the visit, and instead of handling the situation responsibly, the staff showed no care or concern. A children’s play area should be safe and friendly, but this place is neither. I would not recommend it to any parent.

Amazing food and playarea experience. Must visit for relaxing time 🤩 …

Amazing place for kids clean, fun, amd the staff is very friendly highly recommended wonderful experience best place for kids.

We recently celebrated our daughter's birthday at Seahop. The overall arrangements were quite nice — the play area was well-maintained and the kids had a great time. The staff was cooperative and the ambience was child-friendly, which we really appreciated. However, we were quite disappointed with the food and beverages. The food was served very late, in extremely small portions, and the quality did not meet expectations, especially considering the high cost. Drinks were served in disposable cups, which felt a bit underwhelming for the occasion. While a few basic drinks were fine, most tasted like they came from a low-quality vending machine. With a few improvements in the food and beverage department, Seahop could offer a truly great experience.
