Kids Downtown

Perfect place for kids to enjoy their day and savy for parents who can enjoy cafe services leisurely while their kids have a ball of a time. Its location is also opportunistic, right in the main market so you can go for shopping without a single worry about the kids. Although, parking can be an issue here because of the tightly packed market area, but you'd definitely weight out this concern over the other benefits. Charges are reasonable in the play area but I found cafe ones a bit higher. The star attraction would be the role playing area on the first floor where you can watch your kids wearing white coats as doctors checking up a patient, strolling with carts shopping in the supermarket with almost real currency or dressing as their superheroes in the fashion studio. I would really recommend this place to everyone.

Poor lighting,bore music,food average, hall temperature was to high, Ac was not working.play area is small but according to prize it's fine,staff for kids care good 👍 Reception staff Little arogant and they even did not Welcome visitor.

Bad experience... Limited activities and boring for kids

The experience was good….catering was amazing…services were upto the mark and you also get a lot of options to choose from the menu.. the kids will definitely enjoy the games…the only thing i did not like was that the staff continuously asked us to leave after 7:45 pm…i understand the party time was 5 to 7:30 but everyone keeps a buffer of half an hour…its embarrassing to ask the guests to leave because they have to close at 8. And how can you tell tour guests to leave. That was the only thing i did not like otherwise everything else was good.

Pathetic for birthday parties. Have attended a birthday party as a guest. Poor quality& taste food. Dirty untidy filthy pretend play toys n models. If u want some kind infection for child then allow them here. Helpers over there are shabbily dressed with no monotony in uniform. There ballpool zone is untidy with bad lighting n smell with no working AC. They donot have an diaper changing room. Stinky washrooms. Food...what should i say abt food....tasteless bland food. Looks like not at all freshly prepared. Poor service. Only positive thing...the staff is really polite n cooperative. Would not recommend it for a birthday party.....not at allll!!! Do not know abt regular days.

Special thanks to Kids Downtown for organising such a wonderful trip. All the students of our school enjoyed all the activities, games and play area. The arrangement was just perfect with caring staff and good hospitality. The food served to the teachers and students was delicious. Will definitely look forward to more of such endeavours in future.

It is a very good place to celebrate birthdays. Ambience is good and safe for kids. The only thing I did not like about it - the party timings mentioned in the invite was 5 to 7:30pm. I called my guests at 5pm sharp. But when I reached the venue, the party of previous slot was still going on. It was such a chaos. My guests started coming in and people from the previous slot were still having their meals. It was embarrassing for us and we fought with the authorities. Their response was unbelievable. They were ready to reimburse the amount instead of asking the people from previous slot to leave the place. Absolute chaos and mismanagement. Secondly, parking is another issue as it is located in the main market. It was good that they compensated the timings and allowed us to stay till 8pm instead of 7:30pm. But I think you should be careful in the future. When the party area is booked for guests for a particular timing, you should ensure that it is ready for the guests before they arrive.

We recently celebrate our child birthday and we are very happy with the services and how they manage kids. Its safe for kids, there girls take care of the kids and engage them in different activities during the whole time. Kids enjoyed a lot and so as we enjoyed. Highly recommended. Only thing is there food is not very good. Pasta and chole are very mild in flavours. Rest we liked the place.
