Kids Downtown

Very poor service……In snacks we had ordered chilly paneer, the staff just came once to serve it and then they were not taking any incentive and the food quality was very poor….They were not allowing childrens to even burst the ballons, we had payed for it but still….Even there led happy birthday light was also not working..The day we visited it was all good but when we had the party really poor service.

My experience with kids downtown is extremely bad. It was not at all maintained and unhygienic place. and staff was also not cooperative. They were not able to solve your queries. Rates are too high according to services. overall bad experience

Very small playarea... No hygiene at all.. cutlery n glasses were very dirty.. Food was okieshh.. Will never go again

What a fantastic experience here at my son's birthday. Staff polite, cooperative, active, interactive with good food and wonderful arrangements at all stations.. Absolute value for money!

Celebrated my daughter's birthday and had a brilliant time. Thank you team kids downtown

Overall experience is good but food is not good Food quality is average.overall 2 star out of 5 And most important thing is AC not working over there. My recommendation not to go there for parties.

Recently celebrated my 6 year son’s b’day, the bad experience ever for such places as first of all the staff was very unfriendly, food quality was pathetic and moreover the food whxih was available had been served cold with controlled quantity for kids. This all happened when the gathering was only for 10 kids and 9 adults. They promised a gift for b’day boy with some coupon, they didn’t even given that as a gesture to kid, kids demanded more smileys and nuggets as such young kids prefer these things only, that had also been refused later. I won’t recommend to anyone for this place, they are at such prominent place but experience is super flop..@kids downtown - very bad show…

Kids down town made my daughter's birthday very special. They have made such a great arrangement, everything was perfect food, decoration, games, tattoo artists, and the services are 5star. Thank you down town.

My son's theme birthday party was planned extremely well. Everyone had an amazing experience. Awesome food and service, great games organised for kids and mothers and overall great play area experience for the kids. Highly recommended.
