I have the Uboard classic 6.5 EV Which is awesome product. Once there was a calibration problem but they solved it via whatsapp chat and video. Great service. I am thinking to purchase another product for my younger brother that's why i'm giving 5 star. Keep it up.

I bought off-roader SUV model, the best toy I ever had. Have been using for over 2 yrs no issues works smoothly for local work. For the best experience take for a late night cruise. It's an amazing experience headlights are bright enough to see the road. Only con. it can't ride over speed breaker so be careful and avoid it at all times. I broke my chessi due to the same reason, Arjun helped me ou alot. It was a pleasant and smooth experience. He was available every time explained the possible problems solutions and also got it repaired and delivered to my home. Shall recommend Uboard to everyone for best products and best aftersales support staff.

I ordered hrybrid 8 inch in DELHI. No other company offered me Cod except Uboard India. Also the perso n who delivered the product taught me how to use it properly. I love the speakers and the quality of the product. Really happy with my buy though was a little doubtful before ordering. Thanks Uboard India.

Purchased uboard offroader hoverboard 4 months back. My 9 year old son likes it very much. Last week one side motor was not working and contacted uboard. Response was really great. They contacted me, did whatsapp video call, checked, asked to reset. since could not rectify, they arranged to pick up from home and returned back home after repairs, free of charge. Very good product and great after sale service. Highly recommend.

I had major problems with the charging port and the charger and have no idea how but Pawas at Uboard was such an amazing help. He was a phone call away for every Q I had, first he tried to send me the parts to get it working and when that dint work he personally managed pick and drop of the rider and solved my issue smoothly. Was very happy with the courteous Mr Sanskar who promptly replied to my queries and sent the replacement parts of the E-Bumper car (excellent) from Delhi to Mumbai without any glitches. Am sure that with such practices, the company will further progress and prosper.

I recently bought the 8 inch hybrid model. I ordered it from Uboards website only. Not only the product was delivered on time, the personnel who delivered the product helped me to get used to it. I was very pleased to see a customer service of this sort. I'm using my hybrid for than 2 weeks now and the experience is totally exceptional.

Purchased the Uboard drift cart from Hamleys on his birthday. Very much excited and it was fun to ride it. But due to some charging issue was not able to charge it. The uboard team promptly took the action and resolved the issue. Very much satisfied from after sales service.

after 7 months of use the right tire was giving issues and also the battery performance was a little down, they repaired it twice before and then eventually sent a new one. happy with the service and customer support.
