Uboard India Limited

Very Happy and Satisfied with UBoard products. We used Uboard Drifter and now purchase Uboard Spacebike-X and I must say there services are very good. Special Thnx to Mr. Arjun and Mr.Sanskar for guiding us well and helping us in all our queries.

Great experience, took less than 2 weeks to repair it, which included pick-up and delivery. Working quite smoothly, literally no issues with the service. I highly recommend them!

Recently purchased Uboard SUV offroader. I would say its one of best product among all available options. I tried to compared with other brands as well but cannot compare this product with any other article. Arjun from uboard has really helped me in choosing right product for my kid by explaining me pos and cons of each article in details as well as helped in comparing it with other brands. Finally my kid is happy so do I.

Dear Uboard/Asis, I bought one of your companies top of the range uboard SUV off-road on 21st June. Within one month it is not getting switched on. I had raised a complaint no 182 on 25th July and the person attending my complaint told that he will get the pickup done. The courier person who came for pickup on 27th was abusive, not at all professional and even did not had any details about the pickup.. Today is 30th and haven’t heard back from Uboard on the status of my uboard. I am so far dissatisfied with the product and service levels provided by uboard. I am also sure this is not the service levels you would want your company to provide to its end clients. Requesting your necessary help and guidance to your team to have my uboard fixed and delivered back to me ASAP.. Once done will be happy to change this review to a 5 star rating .. Regards Rohit Sood

We got a drifter for my 7 yr old nephew… and no doubt it’s amazing… I own one of the electric bike it’s called a baby harley both absolutely awesome amazing products.. for adults and kids . Thank u uboard for such amazing product and service. The uboard team are always available to help and support.

Though the product was delivered promptly but very disappointing after sales customer service. One side of the board stopped working in a week. Inspite of constant follow up it has been a month since I have not got it back yet. I even paid for the courier to send the product back to the company which is suppose to be reimbursed still no word on it yet. No updates provided from their side till d always had to call them for updates. They say its a courier issue and that it has been dispatched but nothing to resolve it. Seems like they are not bothered after the product is sold. No customer redressal here. NOT RECOMMENDED

I like quality of the product, and it is very easy to store.

Have purchased uboard infinity , the performance and after sales is amazing … due to my child mis handling I have occurred some problem in its chassis , but the service person have humbly understood my problem via video calling and booked the uboard for a repair , after a week they have repaired the spare and made the board next to new … so I am very thankful to them … really a must buy if you are looking for hover board… rather then other cheap Chinese boards where there’s no after sales service … many thanks uboard and team …. Cheers !!!

Had booked them for an event in Gurgoan. Despite the distance the entire Uboard team came prepared with all their product line without any hassles. All the attendees loved trying out their electric scooters and some even turned up to buy their devices. Kudos to their well management and yes a huge thank you to their friendly support staff.
