Bought the product on Flipkart, and the charger that came with it was broken, as it was my brothers birthday in 2 days and it was completely discharged I called them up in fury and asked for my money back, this matter was escalated to the senior manager after my 3rd call and a replacement charger was sent via fed Ex Express air services and received by me the net day . it was an inconvenience but i was happy how the company reacted to the problem in a professional way and a 100% on their expenses .

I got the uboard few weeks back, it stopped working after about an hour of use. Called up uboard support, got a prompt response with a plan to replace the uboard, also got to know that the board the I got was a display peice and should not ahve been sold. They managed to ship the new uboard in a few days in a busy season. Got a bit of a upgrade with the replacement. Its not very often that I come across a service who provide this kind of post sale support. I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism my case was handled, keeping me up to date constantly with the status till I received the new board. Its not uncommon for products to have defects, but whats important for me is how the company handles this. UBoard can on top of this. I hope they can keep us this level of support going forward. The replacement board works great and certainly good value for money.

I purchased a drifter from uboard, my niece is very happy with the product and the sales person miss Rakhi was very helpful and polite, I got the best shopping experience. Thank you Uboard!

I bought a hoverboard model was cxm the day it came its speaker was not working then just after 20 days its left sensor stopped working , I contacted uboard and I asked for a replacement they said we will repair this and that.Not recommended its better to go for swagtron or any other company rather than this. Edit: Today my hoverboard has arruved home its working nicely repair done fastly....

Very very worst service. They are cheating in the name of service. Before purchasing...they will promise one year warranty...and the battery will not go beyond six months. Once the item is sold and payment is made..they will never respond again.

Very helpful after sales service. Mr Arjun drove over 80 kms to fix my hoverboard stand. The hoverboard is very easy to use and good option for people with limited mobility besides being fun to ride

The feedback is not for the product. The product is excellent but the customer service is pathetic with no one reachable over any of the contact methods. 50k hoverboard is eating dust just because uboard doesn't have time to attend to existing customers

I liked the product and the entire team of Uboard are always helpful specially the after sale, service team. My hoverboard stopped working in September 2021, and it is only Dec 2021, but issue is not resolved yet. Out of 12 months warranty, i have wasted my 4 months just chasing the team to get a solution, however till now it’s not fixed. They are not sending the replacement battery neither they are picking the hoverboard. Initially they said they don’t have battery available then they are saying that they will courier the battery later they are saying that they will pick up the hoverboard. After spending such a good amount of this would be the service then I don’t have more words to describe it further. However whenever I say hi to their what’s aap support chat, they are saying, “Your complaint is of top priority to us and our customer”. Look like they’re making fun of us. Thank you

My son has a classic 6.5 model which was bought 2 months back and suddenly it was going sideways. So, I sent a video on their watsapp no and they reverted with a video on how to resolve the problem. It was solved in a few minutes. Great support 👍 …
