i got my hoverboard from amazon the right side stopped working the seller on amazon who gave me warranty was not reachable and did not reply to my mail so i searched on google uboard india and went to there service station. they fixed it in two days and its working fine now. PS :- they do not give repair warraty for chines product but good service.

Though they were little slow in first response their service was awesome once they have taken up the issue. They arranged shipping both ways at a n affordable cost and fixed the issue with my UBoard.

I would highly recommend not to purchase any of the products. I enquired to purchase an E-scooter. Online they have mentioned a price of 44K with POD option available. When contacted directly, they will offer you a lower price and will tell you that POD is not available. What's the point of a website which doesn't have the best price which you offer ? Not all cusotmers contact directly. This clearly means you're scamming cusotmers who are directly purchasing from your website without connecting with you by charging them a much higher price. They are big time scammers. BEWARE!!

I called up UBOARD customer care as it was malfunctioning. Within minutes, I received a video to recalibrate, immediately followed by a call from UBoard customer center to check if everything is alright and whether I need any additional support. The person guided me through a few additional steps for better riding experience and stood on the call till the whole procedure is completed.Wonderful experience. Thanks UBoard
