Most horrible experience… please don’t buy it.. its been 20 days since ive bought the uboard discovery and when the bike came the battery was damaged and the headlight was also damaged claiming to have a range of 45km it only works for 10 kms no body is interested in either rplying to msgs or mails.. worst customer care service… when asked when will they send the battery nothing js available since 15 days

Very worst service... This people are doing fraud to customers and dealers... In service there is person named Rahul.. He is the main culprit....literally he don't have any ethics... He can do anything for money.. Along side the sales executive Mr Arun he is also almost like him.. No business ethics not picking up phone after 100 calls also.. Beaware from this people's and the so called ubord brand.

Uber product, sturdy, fun to use and good support of tech. More stars for efficient and swift after sales team. Kudos for the excellent product.

Bought a uboard scooter from Hamleys, when opened the box we discovered the Uboard was broken. Contacted the Uboard company and was connected to Arjun, who was instrumental in exchanging the scooter asap. Amazing service and after sales.

I have bought 2 chinese hoverboards from out very own jhandeywala market - They obviously started giving problems withing weeks and i had then repired from uboard repair center multiple times and eventuly spending alot more money on these chinese toys... Ive now replaced my two chinese boards with the uboard hybrid with 1 year of warranty and This one is soo much smoother and easier to ride than what i had. Never knew a hover board could ride as well as the hybrid . love how these uboard people treat their customers.. Keep up the good work guys

I purchased u board but the quality is so poor and price is very high i called them so many times but they don't give positive response 2 times they repair uboard but same problem appear. And now they are not picking phone. I suggest better buy a Chinese one in all most half the price.

I was very scared when i decided to purchase hoverboard in india.As there are many fraud companies in india which also have much Poor Product services and quality issues but when i have purchased Uboard Hybrid 10 which is very awesome product and has quick to solve services. I really very satisfied with that...Thanks a lot uboard India...!!!!!!
