Purchased a Uboard drifter for my 9 yr old son for his birthday. He was super excited to ride it. But due to some manufacturing defect, we were not able to assemble it. Then I contacted the uboard team for resolving the issue. They were super prompt in helping and exchanged it with a new one. Really appreciate the after sales service and the drifter has been an object of joy for my son and his friends.

I have the Explorer XL. It's an awesome product. Have used it extensively but till date there has been no issues. Once there was a calibration problem but they solved it via whatsapp chat and video. Great service. Planning to get another one from them. Highly recommended.

Excellent product. My children love the uboard 6.5 classic. They provide excellent after sales service too. I had issue with charger. They send the new charger without charge within 2 days.

Very nice products and nice after sales service although it’s difficult to connect to customer support easily. Rakhi from sales team gives very good and prompt response and helps with order processing very quickly. Again the product is very solid build and proud to be using a made in India product.
