Blue Mount

I have bought blue mount ro and it is worst product to have . Everyday u have to call and complaint. After several request, Their executive comes and repair but every next day problem persist. I m cursing that day why i thought of buying this product. Their pre filtration stops working . Plz don't buy this product. Go for other company's ro system but dont buy this product..im suffering....i dont want any one else to suffer.

I bought this product 6 months back..I was confused between Blue Mount RO and Livpure I finally bought Blue Mount after hearing bad. reviews about Livpure Touch from my brother (staying in Ghaziabad). I am very satisfied with the product. They have excellent after sales service as compared to Kent.will recommend this product to everyone.

- I have already used Bluemount purifier in my hometown this is the second time we got a new bluemount machine installed in the new house and it is as usual very good. We had more than 760 TDS in water here but after Bluemount purified it even in the very first cycle it remained only 205.

Blue mount RO products are very useful product for maintaining PH level,ORP,TDS. quick service,installation. It helps us to maintain our health.Blue mount ro makes alkaline water with minerals .i use this product from 2016 and no any fault found till date.this product is best product.

i purchase it but till date no body comes to install it. i also purchase it for my home it was not working properly when i approach customer care they did not pick the call. oneday they pick the call but and issued me a complaint no 6858 and said technician will be come to you within 24 hrs but till date no one come. after sell the product the officers will not pick the and also customer care also not pick the call. my exp. is so poor. i advice not to purchase such product. purchase famous product. they care to the customer.

Bluemount Ro purifier comes with pretty basic design and features. However, this is definitely a good buy if you are looking for quality water purification and reliable after-sales support.

WORST COMPANY. After buying the product they say we have to provide service in 24 hours and everyday they work for 8 hours so they will come for Bluemount RO service in 3 days. You have to call atleast 20 - 30 times to get the service done. These are big cheaters and have no committment. They are just making fool by showing Karishma Kapoor photo in their ad. Very bad company. If you buy aquaguard or any good company RO, they service in 2-3 hours or atleast in a day. But Bluemount service in 3-5 days if they are very fast. They even do not have direct service. They have tie-up with local boys and send unprofessional people for service. Blue mount is a big fraud and local company. DON'T BUY.

Worst services! It's been 3 days in a row and still service is not provided. Since 3 days I have been calling the customer service center asking them to get my water purifier repaired but till now no one from Blue Mount gave heed to customer's complaint. Would sincerely recommend everyone not to buy their products ever!
