So far, so good... Best RO i have come across. Such a revolutionary technology... i wonder why no one ever thought of it earlier! Blue Mount water has thrown out one of the most common problem in every household i.e Acidity, which also happens to be the root cause of major diseases including BP, Stress etc. Moreover, unlike other ROs where the water is bitter in taste, Blue Mount water is very tasty. Never use Blue mount Ro or filters, because they can't provide you service on time, even it's not filtering water in proper way not maintaining ph values, not maintaining alkaline graphs, avoid using Blue mount filters . I rate Blue Mount 10 out of 0.01

Don't ever buy bluemount company product, check their FB page as well countless customer complaints unresolved. I have been trying to get mine resolved since July this here. Their customer service agent's never call back ever. They laugh at your plight on call. They inform about new problems evrrytime the engineer visits and loot you each time.

hi, i am using blue mount ro from last three month i think it's quality is better than others ro ,blue mount service is too good and it's also good for health i personally suggest to everyone use blue mount ro (alkaline water ) if u love your health and family.

Poor Service and low build quality of Blue MountRo Crown + .We have 5 different RO installed at various locality we have used Kent RO ,Eureka Forbes RO their servies and product build quality is superiour in many ways than Blue mount RO. Cons: 1.Build quality is so poor that even cockroaches and small insect are able to get inside it's water tank.We were shocked when we open the filter and found insects in their.It's Harmful for kids and Adults you may get diseases. 2.Service is poor.After we found insects we called and mailed images of tank to local dealer and as well as blue mount RO. These guys are carefree and didn't even bothered to tackle and solve the issue. After 27 phone calls these guys do come up but they put a tape on backside and said kindly cooperate with us our company is new and it's product are not doing well and we have taped the tank so now no insect can will come. We didn't understand are these really serious in what they are doing .Even more than that they don't have any service report log /book to maintain records. We again called to their Headoffice and they said don't worry we will handle and it's been 7 months we haven't received any calls or solution.

Bluemount Ro Products and technology are very good even better from kent but Management and Company 3rd Class. Don't Take dealership from them they issue GST Bill but don't pay gst so dealers unable to claim input tax credit if u take service center from them they don't pay your service dues doesn't provide replacement of faulty Spears Parts.
