Aulten Digital Private Limited

It's good and very heavy, body design is very beautiful as compared to other,.

The company’s product is good, but it failed within a year. Service was quick during the warranty period, and the product was replaced. However, the replacement also failed. Since then, there has been no response—just endless chatting without resolution. Choose wisely. You're not investing your money for just one year.

The stabilizer is functioning properly and maintaining a stable output voltage. No abnormalities were observed during the inspection, and its performance is satisfactory.

Amazing product working really great trust worthy product i strongly recommend

It's fully automatic stabilizer working fine and protecting my 1.5 ton windows ac, for last 12 months. No issues. Thanks Aulten.

Service Network is very small, Product finishing is good, build Quality is also good, the internal parts durability needs to improve, display card not functioning within 3 months, there is some miscommunication also exist which drags this rating to 3. after recent communication for the same past issue, experience is bad or and getting worse. they have No technical knowledge. it is now only 6-8 months of purchase, when asking replacement for full unit when the unit not worked after parts replacement, they are asking for 25% or I have to travel to Delhi for the replacement, if they can't provide service then why they are selling product online. even sent a different pin configuration PCB and now saying both are same. Useless fellow only came for sale and profit not for quality. from their thinking, from where you breath and from where you pee is same. it is really Joke to make in India. for this kind of Entrepeneur India is still starching cannot move forward.

I installed 3 mainline austen 10kva stabilizers at my clients residence. These stabilizers are total rubbish. Do not work properly. One of the units stopped working within one month. Other two step down the voltage too much. Client is extremely angry. Update: client insisted that I remove the stabilizers immediately. Very angry.

The product is good, you don't even have to worry about storing it, you can hang it on the wall.

In my locality; voltage fluctuation is very high. unable to run AC continuously. After Installing Aulten Stabilizer; I can run my AC full night and day without any difficulty.. Great Purchase and save my AC for future damage.

Shoddy customer care. Do not care about the customer one bit. Orders placed “urgently” are treated as if they can take their sweet time doing everything as slow as possible. Zero transparency in their sales procedure. If you cannot process an order urgently - then why bother with saying you can? If you cannot dispatch an order in 30 minutes as promised then don’t bother saying it ? Calling is utterly useless there are no agents available even after like 50 calls. Making me wait 5 hours for an order is non sense if you say you can get it done in 30 minutes. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Utterly disappointed.
