Aulten Digital Private Limited

Very poor service… don’t buy

I recently purchased the Aulten Inverter AC Stabilizer for my 1.5-ton inverter AC, and I’m genuinely impressed with its performance. It handles voltage fluctuations very efficiently and ensures my AC runs smoothly, even during unstable power supply conditions. The build quality is solid, and the sleek design blends well with the room setup. One of the standout features is the quick response time — the stabilizer reacts almost instantly to voltage changes, which helps protect the compressor and enhances the overall life of the AC. Installation was hassle-free, and the digital display is a useful touch, showing both input and output voltage in real-time. It gives a sense of control and assurance, especially in areas prone to frequent power issues. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the Aulten stabilizer. It’s reliable, well-designed, and provides great value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to protect their AC investment.

Worst customer service. Stabilizer is inefficient. After requesting 6 times for a company technician. Receiving same response that technician is not available at the postal code. I also asked to pay service charge even though stabilizer is still under warranty. I requested to speak with manager or senior manager thrice. Each time i call they transfer me to different agents. On amazon the terms and conditions does not state that technician is not available at certain postal codes, however they are able to delivery the product at each postal code. Does'nt make any sense. Even as the product is under warranty, they want to cash extra money from the same customer. Not sure if they are sending faulty stabilizer to run the business so they can earn regular income from the same customer every 6 months. I hope this gets reviewed by senior manager or CEO. So they can escalate accordingly.

Koi v problem nahi he .... Bina kuch soche. Le sakte he .. This review after using 6 months... Thanks

Aulten stabilizer is working very well. For wide range of voltage variations, it is giving a stable output thus safe guarding the dish washer. Thanks.

All good but service is too late to pick up.bit all fone

There is a kind of click sound appearing every time when there is voltage fluctuation, rest everything is fine.
