I had purchased this voltage stabiliser it to provide a stable voltage for the entire house. But after use for 6 months there seems to be an issue with the stabiliser. It’s not able to maintain a stable voltage and keeps dropping below the cut off level. This ppl don’t even answer the call or give a call back.

I am using the 5kVA line voltage stabilizer for my home for the last 2 years. Its working till date without any problem. Customer care is also good. After one year they called and enquired about the performance. I bought directly from the Aulten portal. The Stabilizer was very heavy. They packed and transported well without any damage. Price is highly competitive compared to other brands.

Customer Service is good, my product stopped working in 40 days. However was fixed, although it took them 5 days. Overall decent experience however did not expect the stabalizer to stop working this quickly.

For the past 3 months, I have been contacting customer care, but the response has always been that spare parts are not available. I expected better after-sales service from a company like Aulten, but the experience has been disappointing. The company should improve its service to ensure customer satisfaction in the future.
