I have purchased a 5kva (170-270v ) servo stabilizer from aulten. It's been 20 days I didn't unboxed till yesterday due to my busy schedule . Buying experience with aulten is smooth. And the stabilizer build is fine but the MCBs used are not of robust quality which I don't like em personally . It's better to use a industrial grade like ( Siemens or L and T) MCBs instead of skn or bentex brands .

Nice service from aulten digital private limited and best way to understand customer problem and solve it some times they will take much time they solve your problem

Stablizer is excellent but service needs to be improved bcoz response to the customer call must be more fast and early . Rest is good

After sales service is worsted.I bought a stabilizer and that was dead.they don't care about your product and handaling.delivery service also very poor.please may be purchased outher brand for good service.a big zero(0)star.upload both pictures under one month.

Really disappointed with this brand and overall experience. I purchased a copper model stabiliser, and it stopped working within just 15 days. When I contacted customer support for a replacement, my request was denied with unreasonable explanations. This feels like a complete waste of money. I expected much better reliability and service. Definitely not recommending this brand — I’ll be sticking to more established, trustworthy brands going forward.

Very bad service. Last time I had to wait for about 5-10 days for get. Kit from the aulten. And customer care is very careless about the customer queries. Every time new agent talks with customer and you have to tell problem to every time. And many time they don't answer even your call.

Good product...I had been using it more then a year. Good performance

I have brought AULTEN Stablizer from Amazon on 23/05/2026 but just after one week of usages it has started showing problem in the product. The product come with 3 year warranty so i have tried to reach AULTEN through different mode but not even a single response received from the company. The after sale service is nil. They should mentioned while buying product that no after sale service is available with the product. And also should give 20 year of warranty because after sale of product they say who are you. Pathetic the world for that.
