The thali consisted of a generous selection of 7-8 items, each bursting with authentic flavors and cooked to perfection in pure ghee. The richness and aroma of the ghee truly elevated the dining experience. The rasgulla, a traditional Indian sweet, was melt-in-your-mouth soft and left me craving for more. The parathas were fluffy, yet had a delightful crispness to them, making them the ideal accompaniment to the flavorful dishes. What impressed me even more were the two types of chicken included in the thali. Both dishes were succulent, tender, and packed with spices that created a symphony of flavors. I ordered biryani with high expectations, but it was a complete disappointment. The taste was extremely poor and it honestly did not feel like biryani at all. It tasted more like leftover fried rice kept overnight and reheated. The rice had no freshness, no authentic biryani flavor, and the overall quality was very bad.
