They are highly unprofessional people.. I ordered dinner from them and estimated delivery time was 30 mins but after waiting for more than one and a half hour they denied the delivery... One of the worst experiences with them. Order type Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1

Service is very very bad for take away My whole lunch party went wrong because of their wrong promises and delay They took my order and after payment at last point they mentioned they don’t have enough food & desert And this is how they changed menu and it was soooo embarrassing for me Order type Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person ₹2,000+ Food: 2 Service: 1

Quantity should be a 5-10% more, without increasing the prices. Meal type Breakfast

Food quality and quantity both very disappointing... in this price point this thali is total worthless...instead of ghee normal oil was used also quantity was very less...3 spoons rice 2 spoons Chole 2 spoons sabji...total waste of money Order type Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1

Pathetic restaurant. Called me at the last moment that few items are not available. Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1

I have order butter chicken full plate for 3-4 people and the quality is like for 2 people . Pathetic 🥺 …

This is heights. Everytime we order in your restaurant while ordering every item is shown as available but as the order reaches its delivery time limit, we get calls from restaurant and swiggy that the “garlic paratha “ is unavailable, all this process delays our delivery time , its been almost an hour since i placed my order and i got the same call today . I am highly irritated and disappointed with your restaurant services. This is no way to deal with your customers and on top of things being unavailable the restaurant never picks the phone , neither communicates in time so that we can modify our order. Ghee and turmeric has lowered its standards and services . We do not expect this from you and your team. My suggestion is kindly look into this matter and resolve at the earliest possible. This isssue we have constantly faced with saket outlet.

Not worth the price. Taste of snacks was really bad d low quailty. Food was not fresh. Avoid. Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
