To Whom It May Concern, PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT, IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH I recently ordered food from your restaurant and am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding an experience with your Amritsari Chole (mini meal) ordered yesterday, on August 19, 2026. The meal was consumed on and shortly thereafter, I began experiencing stomach upset symptoms that they necessitated my admission to a medical facility. The severity of my subsequent illness points to a significant breach in food safety and hygiene standards. This incident has caused me considerable distress, pain, and unexpected medical expenses. The restaurant pick the order and after 1 hours he said ki Oder nahi ho sakta kyu ki order zyada hai and payment bhi return nahi karte hai. Ordered chicken tangri kebab and dal makhani from Ghee and turmeric through Zomato. Delivery was done within 30 minutes and being November the chicken got a little cold but that’s understandable. The packaging is good. It came in a box and chutney of lassan and pudina. The chicken kebab was made well; soft juicy aur tasty toh tha! Haldi taste was there and the pieces were extra haldi in colour too. Dal makhni bhi badiya tha. Overall khaane mai bahut mazaa aaya. Shayad will order other items in the future too! Extremely disappointed with my order. The food delivered was clearly old and not fresh at all. The quality was absolutely pathetic and far below acceptable standards. The taste was terrible, stale, and unpleasant, making it impossible to enjoy the meal. I paid for fresh food but received something that seemed prepared long ago. This level of quality is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of care for customers. I regret ordering from here and would not recommend it to anyone unless significant improvements are made in food freshness and quality. A very disappointing experience overall Food: 1
