Recently bought a laptop from this particular store of Vijay Sales. Really happy with the overall experience. Special mention to Mr. Sandeep, one of the sales staff who guided us throughout our purchase and got us the best deal possible. He was really skilled and made our shopping experience great.

My experience with Vijay Sales Janakpuri has been extremely disappointing. Within just two months, I purchased two AC units and both turned out to be defective. The sales staff, particularly Ankit and Harsh, were unhelpful when issues arose. Instead of providing timely solutions, they kept lingering the matter and continuously delayed resolution, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. The after-sales service has been far below expectations. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this store for major appliance purchases. I have received better service and customer support from local electronics shops in Uttam Nagar. I hope the management takes customer concerns seriously and improves its service standards and accountability.

They communicate system is pure trash, they don't respond to our calls and their landline is always busy. They don't provide assistance and they just want to sell anything to make quick bucks. There products are sometimes really good and sometimes very defective, the actual concern is that they don't provide good communication channel where someone will actually respond to us. 👎🏻👎🏻

Had a great experience with Sonal who helped me in choosing the refrigerator amongst many options..she is really well aware and knowledgeable in terms of functions… she is humble polite and nice too.. Vijay sales has really the best sales representative no doubt

Avoid this pathetic store at all costs. I bought a Lenovo laptop here that was defective out of the box, and their horrific communication dragged the DOA process out for a full week, making me miss critical classes and meetings. When I went back for a replacement, they claimed my exact model was out of stock. They said they could order it from their godown in 2–3 days, but insisted I would have to pay an extra ₹4,000 to ₹5,000 for the exact same laptop! Knowing I was desperate and couldn't afford to miss more days of work, they used this delay to force me into buying a much more expensive model. The salespeople here are completely foolish, dishonest, and change their lies daily. On day one they aggressively pushed Acer and Asus, but the next day they completely flipped their narrative to praise a different model just to clear inventory and make a quick buck. To top off their utter shamelessness, instead of offering any compensation for ruining my week, they actually demanded I return the free bundled Lenovo bag or pay an extra ₹1,000 for it! They are greedy, unprofessional, and completely exploited my situation. Save yourself the financial scam and mental agony.

A salesman named Vishnu handles customers with sheer dishonesty—he is completely clueless and flips his narrative daily just to clear inventory and make a quick buck. When I demanded a replacement, they claimed my model was out of stock. The manager, Ishvar, stepped in and showed how incredibly greedy and shameless he is. He claimed they could order it from their godown in 2–3 days, but insisted I pay an extra ₹4,000 to ₹5,000 for the exact same laptop! Both Vishnu and Ishvar are manipulative, unprofessional, and running a financial scam. Save yourself the intense mental agony and money—never step foot in this store.
