I recently purchased a refrigerator from Vijay Sales, and I am very impressed with the service provided by Mr. Ram Karan. He explained all the features clearly, guided me to the right product, and handled everything with professionalism. Truly a great customer experience.

Do not buy any product on finance as At the time of the purchase/finance, Mr. Vikas assured us that we would receive a cashback as per the applicable cashback policy. However, it has now been almost 6 months, and we have still not received the promised cashback. Whenever we follow up, we are given further assurances. Now, after six months, Mr. Vikas is again asking us to wait another 15 days. And I will be coming to record all the things which is to be posted on social media and to the consumer court for the legal action.

Everything is fine. Prices are good. The only problem is the sales person too busy. You have to ask who is on the counter here. Can anybody show me what I want ? If I buy an iPhone. Imagine what carrybag they are giving. Even the free bags in which I throw garbage are better. That’s worst part

I accompanied my friend when he purchased a Lenovo laptop from this Vijay Sales store, and what followed was honestly one of the most frustrating customer experiences I've witnessed. The laptop turned out to be defective right out of the box. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, the entire DOA (Dead on Arrival) process dragged on for nearly a week because of poor communication and constant back-and-forth from the store. During this time, my friend missed important classes and meetings while waiting for a resolution. We were primarily dealing with a salesperson named Vishnu, and the information we received seemed to change almost every day. One day we were told one thing, and the next day the story would be different. It felt like there was very little transparency regarding the status of the replacement. When my friend requested a replacement unit, we were told that the model was out of stock. Later, the manager, Ishvar, informed us that the same laptop could be arranged from their godown within 2–3 days. However, we were also told that an additional ₹4,000–₹5,000 would have to be paid for the exact same model. Given that the original laptop was defective from the start, this was extremely difficult to understand. What made the experience even more disappointing was that, despite the inconvenience and time lost, there was no genuine effort to make things right. Instead, we were told that the complimentary Lenovo bag provided with the purchase would need to be returned, or an additional ₹1,000 would be charged for it. Having personally witnessed the entire situation, I can say that the experience was stressful, exhausting, and handled very poorly. Customers purchasing expensive electronics deserve clear communication, fair treatment, and proper support when issues arise. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had at this store.

One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. I booked a product, and it's been 3 days, but I still haven't received it. Every time I follow up, I get the same response: "It's coming soon," with no clear delivery timeline or proper update. The customer service is extremely disappointing, and the lack of communication has made this a very frustrating experience. I expected much better professionalism and transparency. Based on my experience, I will never buy another product from this brand again, and I cannot recommend it to others.
