VIJAY SALES - JANAKPURI

"I paid the full amount for a refrigerator on August 30, 2026, and was told delivery would take 3 days so I confirmed Wednesday, September 2. But now the system shows September 3, which doesn't work since I'm traveling that day. I planned to travel on the 03 September after delivery, but now the store won't even answer my calls nor has the store communicated anything.

Store staff is highly experienced and polite and offers a diverse range of products. Specially staff members gaurav and Harsha helped me alot and made my shopping experience memorable.

I am the oldest customer of Vijay Sales, Janak Puri, when I started shopping at store approximate 15 years back , everything was excellent, like store, staff, management everything. From last few years things are getting worse. Unprofessional staff, rude behavior, no product knowledge, no price durability. Every floor they have one manage who decides final rate, like he/she is doing exemplary favour to you. Number of sales people are full in the store, but 90% are useless. Yes few of them are nice too but its your luck you find them. Vijay Sales management should take serious concern on that. I hope that someone will take care and restore the reputation of the store, or might be they ignore and say "Humara Store to chal he raha hai, ek wrong feed back say kya hoga". मैं विजय सेल्स, जनक पुरी का सबसे पुराना ग्राहक हूँ। जब मैंने लगभग 15 साल पहले इस स्टोर से खरीदारी शुरू की थी, तब सब कुछ बहुत बढ़िया था—स्टोर, स्टाफ़, मैनेजमेंट, सब कुछ। लेकिन पिछले कुछ सालों से हालात बिगड़ते जा रहे हैं। स्टाफ़ गैर-पेशेवर है, उनका बर्ताव रूखा है, उन्हें प्रोडक्ट्स की कोई जानकारी नहीं है, और कीमतों में भी कोई स्थिरता नहीं है। हर फ़्लोर पर एक मैनेजर होता है जो आख़िरी कीमत तय करता है; ऐसा लगता है जैसे वह आप पर कोई बहुत बड़ा एहसान कर रहा हो। स्टोर में सेल्सपर्सन की संख्या तो काफ़ी है, लेकिन उनमें से 90% बेकार हैं। हाँ, उनमें से कुछ लोग अच्छे भी हैं, लेकिन यह आपकी किस्मत पर निर्भर करता है कि आप उनसे मिल पाते हैं या नहीं। विजय सेल्स के मैनेजमेंट को इस मामले पर गंभीरता से ध्यान देना चाहिए। मुझे उम्मीद है कि कोई इस पर ध्यान देगा और स्टोर की खोई हुई साख को वापस दिलाएगा; या फिर हो सकता है कि वे इसे नज़रअंदाज़ कर दें और कहें, "हमारा स्टोर तो चल ही रहा है, एक गलत फ़ीडबैक से क्या फ़र्क पड़ेगा?"

Hi I purchased a Faber make sigma model chimney from vijay sales janakpuri on 14.06.26 by paying a hafty price presuming it to be a good reputed brand. But, to a surprise the new chimney supplied by Faber did not work at all as it seems to be defective piece but managed to skip the quality control checks as it seems to be not in place. When I asked Vijay sales to to intervene and arranged for replacement, they failed to do extent much support even after 8 days now causing us a lot of inconvenience and harassment by non cooperative behaviour of vijay sales team. So be careful while buying a product from vijay sales and I hope n pray that someone higher up in vijay sales or faber see this message and for the sake of their own reputation act swiftly in replacing the defective chimney.
