I am giving 1 star due to the poor behavior of the floor manager Shivam Jaiswal. His attitude was unprofessional and rude, and he lacked basic courtesy while dealing with customers. I hope the management looks into this and ensures better behavior and customer service in the future.

I had a great experience shopping at Vijay Sales Janakpuri . The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, The store was well-organized, and the prices were competitive,and the overall customer service was excellent.

Really disappointed with my experience at Vijay Sales. I purchased an AC and was clearly told it would be delivered within 24 hours, even though it wasn’t in stock at the time. It’s now been 3 days, and not only has the product still not been delivered, but I’m being told it’s unavailable and I need to pay an additional ₹1500 to switch to a different model. This is completely unprofessional and misleading. If the product wasn’t available, that should have been communicated honestly upfront instead of making false delivery promises. Forcing customers to pay extra due to your own inventory issues is unacceptable. Would not recommend based on this experience. Hoping for better accountability and service.

Absolutely amazing place to buy electric gadgets, I bought Led TV from Janakpuri Store, within same day it was installed at my place, Thanks to Mr. PRADEEP SINGH JI in TV Department.

Don't buy laptop from here, they wrongly update a wrong invoice date and that makes your warranty period expire early. When you call them, no one answers and post purchase support is terrible.
