I had a very nice experience with HDB finance Team at Vijay Sales There is a employees whose name Mr.ashish and Mr sumit both are doing great work Really impressed with the courteous behaviour. All the best
Disappointing Experience with Vijay Sales - False Promises and Poor After-Sales Support My Rating: 0/5 I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Vijay Sales. Despite their claim of "same-day delivery", my order (DJKESO8257) has been delayed with no updates or communication. The phone number provided is unresponsive, and I've received no SMS or calls about my delivery status. It's been a frustrating and clueless experience. The salesperson was unhelpful and unresponsive after the sale, and the customer care number is essentially a facade. It's clear that Vijay Sales prioritizes sales over after-sales support, leaving customers like me in the dark. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with Vijay Sales, as their false promises and irresponsible behavior can lead to significant inconvenience. Remove the "same-day delivery" claim and the unresponsive phone number from your google location pin, as they are misleading and unhelpful.
The experience was good as always. Staff named Ms. Asha assisted us in selecting the washing machine. She was very informative, polite, patient, respectful and helpful.
