Just purchased 2 water coolers of which one isn't working out of the box. Now onto 4th day since the payment was made. Has been difficult to reach over phone and the sales manager whom we did manage to connect has been rude and unprofessional. Have had many positive experiences before, but this time, the behaviour of the manager more so than just the non functioning of a newly purchased item, has completely marred the experience. Edit: As requested, I've sent an email out with my contact information. Some points from email re-highlighting below: Getting a newly delivered cooler (Kenstar Tallde 105): 1) In not a perfectly sealed box 2) Missing manual and warranty card 3) No demonstration or help with assembly of the Kenstar Tallde 105 4) Non working, water not reaching the pads And to top all that so much difficulty reaching the sales rep or sales manager over the phone. They hardly answer their phone and when they do, complete lack of empathy and understanding. As if they had some other important work to attend to and I am keeping them away from it. This has tarnished the reputation of Vijay Sales in my eyes and been a complete opposite to the experiences I've had in the past. Today is the 4th day since payment was made for 2 coolers of which 1 hasn't been in working condition. Even the big online only options don't show such disconnect with the customers that I've faced this time. Please rectify the situation.
