They attended very well in the store but failed to deliver product as promised. I am wasting my time in calling their different numbers. Either their numbers are busy or they told they would call back but never bother to give call back. I am still desperately waiting for the product for which I have paid already. I wish I would not gone for Rs. 600 additional discount on Rs. 32500 product and bought it from other place. At least I could have saved my lot of time and headache in calling these careless people. You can’t even register on their app and they keep telling you that you can track status of your product in our app. Guys your app is around average rating of 2 in apple store and play store. Soon it would disappear and your business too if you can’t take care of your customers. You can fool people on name of discounts for longer period of time.

I m having worst experience about Vijay sales Janakpuri. These people are careless not understanding value of others time and money. I bought a cooler without wheels and after making countless calls and mail I didn't get solution nor wheels for my cooler. I m waiting from past 28 days to resolve my problem. Unsatisfied customer. Till so far I m suffering from your side as I bought my product on 6th April. Nobody is ready to pick phones n by yourselves you are closing my complaint whereas I did not get solution of my problems. My new refrigerator is having leakage n not doing proper cooling. All engineers are making me fool. In my future I will not visit your show room nor will suggest to anyone. You all are worst of this area. Better to close your show room when you can not satisfy your customers.

I have been a loyal customer but sadly things are going wrong now.I bought a Daikin air conditioner and it's been three days I am yet to see an engineer who would install the ac. Moreover all numbers of vijay sales are non functional. It's like you buy and leave and then they have nothing to do with it. The lady at Daikin agency has just one line that our engineers are busy. Vijay sales is selling products with guarantee of installation and has conveniently removed all phone numbers. Highly unprofessional and not recommended
