A very disheartening experience. Just bought a Samsung LED on 21 dec which was installed on 23rd of the month. Upon feedbacks check by the Vijay sales Janakpuri on 27th of December , problem of light patches were told and I was told that the product either will be replaced or the problem would be rectified but since then they have been ignoring calls . No customer assistance even though the purchasing experience was better but I think that's just there way of getting their sales target done and no customer assistance. This is a problem of sheer negligence from the team and thus it should either be considered on urgent basis and the product has to be rectified or replaced . I hope the team reading this atleast takes this into conscience and take action rather than sleeping over such serious customer issues.
Store had a good variety of TVs, our purpose of store visit. The attendee Mr. Deepak Negi was very soft spoken, patient and learned. The staff extended themselves to make it a smooth experience for us. Good store

Best experience ever. Earlier we purchased iphone from here and now we went for washing machine and we were so confused but Asha (Sales person) gave the best suggestions and advices us to take the quick and best decision and we purchased the product on same day as well.

Very bad experience.. At the time of visit to store,I finalized the products and ask the executive to share me the details and best price for the products which I chose.. She assured me to call me back.. But Even after waiting for three days and in between remind them to share the details with me,no one call me till date.. अगर प्रोडक्ट के बारे में बताने में इतनी लापरवाही हो रही है तो After sale Services कैसी होंगी।।
