It's wonderful service..
Visited today , asked for a oil heater, got the price way much higher than what I am getting online , when told the same to salesperson , they matched the online price ,difference was 30% higher what I was offered , So does Vijay sales simply means if consumer is not aware then will have to buy such hiked prices
Superb staff & superb deal
I had a Very bad experience with them. I purchased a Led tv from them and it was not installed within the timeline given to me I called them several times but there customer number was always busy. Looks like they don't answer calls and the number is on busy mode. I got my installation after 5 days but it was a very bad day. Will never purchase anything from Vijay Sales( especially from Janakpuri branch ).
Experience had been very good. The only thing is that when I asked for laptop kit they refused to give me any. Rest, the staff is always ready to help and is better than the staff of Croma or Sargam Electronics. They gave me a good discount too.
Very disappointed from sales staff. We got our product after 4.30 Hours wait.
I had a great experience there..I was looking for Samsung S23 for my daughter in lavander colour...they just arranged from very far ...and I got phone for my daughter...Nitesh and one his senior were very helpful...I would have given 10 Stars ,if I could ...thanks Vijay sales janakpuri and today we bought a laptop they were very helpful
Several options for consumer electronics. Overall, my experience was good. I bought a LED tv from here. The end to end experience was nice. Would surely recommend to check this place for any consumer electronic purchase.
Not a good experience, bought O general ac, while installation it was found that some parts are missing from the outer unit. Now it's just passing the blame and no resolution... highly disappointing
