Ek dum bakwaas hai Vijay sales(janak puri) me a/c lene gaya 15 minutes baad mujhe paani Pina tha to vaha paani Tak nhi tha itna bada naam vijay sales (janak puri) ka or vaha paani Tak nahi tha or jo vaha ka staff tha vo aapas me ladai kar raha tha irritating staff tha. 1.5 hours lage cash me kharidne ko phir bhi paani nahi mila vaha mujhe or bill counter PE 2 billing karne wale aapas me lad rahe the mujhe bahut bakvaas laga Vijay sales 10/1 dunga me to .

Never buy an AC or white-goods from Vijay Sales because their after sales service is pathetic. I bought a Hitachi AC from them 3 days back and till today it is not installed. Vijay Sales staaf & Hitachi servicemen both are utterly unprofessional and will keep on befooling you, that too, after charging an exorbitant fees for installation. Please try TATA Croma & Reliance Digital for best customer experience.
Sales person are only promoting their prices they don't listen to customer even once. I went 2 times. Second time was my biggest mistake as not even single person attended me. And also billing department is non cooperative. They sell old products in sale, if you are going check product manufacturing date before buying.

They just sell and after that they do not provide any support. They sold me Hitachi split AC and I have been waiting for installation for last 4 days with no calls. They don't even pick calls. Their mobile number given when called just says THANKYOU and drops. No service support. Even they do not provide relevant contact number or customer care number of concern company. It is extremely poor. Rather pathetic customer care services
The sales rep misinformed us about the price of the product and to save himself said the price was just raised at 6:00pm. When asked how that is possible he showed us a price sheet of the day. However when asked about the previous day data, he could not show it because there wasn't any! Total scam. You are better off somewhere else
