though they boast about range they keep, but still many very common models for small home appliances missing there..for irons and kettles etc. only few brands available. Also some staff kinda not happy with their job and miss that score for customer satisfaction in terms of politeness or patience to respond all inquires. for big applinaces they got the stuff and you can nego good price also if reach to store manager.

From vijay sales I bought a jbl soundbar for my tv last month, I wasn't able to connect it to my tv I also requested to service center they also denied that it won't be able to attached with my tv then I contacted the sales person Mr. Amar khanna that it isn't attaching with my tv then Mr. Amar did an unofficial visit at my place and finally connected the soundbar with my tv I don't know how but I was really impressed with Mr. Amar khanna he is really supportive person and all other vijay sales staff are so supportive and helpful I am really impressed with the service

Purchased a Bajaj cooler on 10 th June from janak puri b1 branch. Delivery person told me, technician would visit in evening. No one came . Phone line is always busy. Unable to contact. It is 11 June today. Still no one has contacted. It very bad service. The purpose of purchasing cooler is defeated in this very very hot weather. Totally helpless.
