I have never seen such a bad service experience anywhere. I want to return my product. The service is not good at all and if you ever misbehave with any customer then we should discontinue this product. Very bad service I would not prefer anyone to visit Janakpuri branch.

Nice place and good service. Visited once, purchased a fridge. It was nice experience, compare the price with online portals and finds good. Staff was very cooperative and helpful in selecting a product. Delivery was so good but delivery boy was not so professional.
Staff is very cooperative.i got Bluetooth headphones but 1 i got JBL and I faced issues in pairing then they changed and i realme buds wireless 2 Bluetooth headphones and they are excellent. I personally want to thank Mr Amar Khanna going out of way to slove my problems.he is great person always ready to help you .

Deepak and Raja Singh both attended very nicely and helping way as I visited the store to findout a suitable mobile phone within 20 to 40 K range.
The staff is good and helpful, the store has plenty of products and competitive prices, but the customer care number and showroom's number are always busy. I guess they have deliberately kept it that way. Surprising to see a big franchise adopting this strategy.
