I've bought a jbl speaker from Vijay sales Janak Puri the exicutive that treated us was mr. Amar khanna very knowledgeable and polite person he first listened to our requirements and suggested us the best speaker according to our requirement I've also visited many stores including reliance digital in Janakpuri and Vijay sales in paschim vihar no other exicutive even told us about the specifications and didn't even listened to our requirement but mr. Amar khanna from vijay sales treated us so well it was a really great experience visiting vijay sales janakpuri and i am very satisfied with the product also

Pricing is Competitive but after sales service is extremely poor. Even after delivery of AC, nobody attended for installation for 5 days. It was only done only when I surrendered to return the AC. Washing Machine complaint not attended since a year. Extremely poor after sales service

Never buy anything... They have zero customer service. Trying to vall them for 2 days for a delivery but they will not answer their phone . All they believe is in taking money from customers and then forget any customer service. Some one should seriously make a proper complaint . Only then they will understand. This is the second instance I am facing the issue with them. I will ensure I never buy anything from them and will also ask others not to. Better go to Sargam electronic or Chroma. Atleast they will take your calls.

Purchase a washing machine from Vijay Sales last year. Paid for additional warrenty, washing machine moter stopped working and now VS is not responding to my emails. The numbers for Delhi are invalid and it's been two weeks I am needing help. Before making any kind of purchase I would highly recommend to get proper documentation and involve consumer court if needed. In fact I myself have no way but to reach out to consumer court to get help and to report fraud.

I have Purchased a Faber gas stove from Vijay Sales 6 month back. After 1 month 1 of the burner stop working and lil bit gas leakage started from it. We have complaint about it technician come and repaired it after somedays again same problem come now it being 5 time complaint registered & repairing done but still gas not working properly. When we asked them vijay sales manager janakpuri (Amit Singh) & Faber Company manager (Hardev Singh) both of them refusing to change it. Faber technician not providing me his manager number Also Vijay sales manager said do whatever you wants to do. Rude behaviour they only know how to make people fool when we talk about services then big 0 for vijay sales. I would highly recommended to get proper documentation and involve consumer court if needed. In fact I myself have no way but to reach out to consumer court to get help and to report fraud.
