Staffs are unmannered and don’t have sense how to deal with customers. The close time is 10pm as mentioned on Gmb profile but they were shutting the store 9:30pm. I request them I came here from 10kms but they don’t listened the same and saying it’s not our problem. If vijay sales closure time is 9:30pm then they should have to mention on GMB too Very disappointed with vijay sales service

I visited Vijay Sales Janakpuri to buy a refrigerator and met Girish Sharma. I got excellent experience with the sales person as he provided every details of the product that was Hitachi Refrigerator with accuracy. His product knowledge is very good and he was also very polite and humble. I am very impressed with the service of Girish Sharma that he provided and helped me to buy good refrigerator. I would suggest my friends also.

Good experience by Vijay sales and Bajaj finance

Worst experience ever. Bought a sony led from this store and facing lot of issues with this led. Led is not working and this is the second time we are raising a complain. Technician visit after a week when u log a complain and after that they will take another 15 days time to get the issue fixed. They take bloody whole month to fix a issue. After sale service is very bad, no support. Pls dont buy anything from this store. Worst experiencing ever with such a brand.

The sales guy out there is just to make incentives I guess..they ended up suggesting me buy a sound bar not worth of money spent...which does not even work as per the demo..worst customer experience..!!!Going further Their customer support exe. is also not behind in disappointing...they has arranged for a tech guy to check the device who did not show up yet ..its been over 3 days.

HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE.. went for a laptop..the salesman showed me products from the range of 38k-50k..after 4-5 minutes. when he was done with 4-5 display products I told him that I will opt for a budget laptop under 30k..with this statement..his face expressions changed completely with him turning around in disinterest and straight away denied having any in stock(AT PRESENT OR AT ANY TIME IN FUTURE) How is it possible for a store such big to not have any budget laptop in their folio...whereas there are so many of them in the market... they are manipulative i guess... "ATLEAST IN THIS EXPERIENCE OF MINE"

I bought refrigerator from here and they promised good service and cashback and all. Later on I didn't get the cashback and team is just asking to call, then email and then visit the store. Cashback was promised within 3 days, but haven't received it even after 4 months. I did everything and after visiting the store, they just have another email ID to send the query on that email. In the store there were multiple people with different complaints and support was really poor. Better to go for other providers in nearby area, on the same lane. Response to the owner- I already did that, you can check with Gauri on this. She has complete information of the issues and has contact details as well.
