Staff not aware of prices themselves price quoted by one , the other person does not agrees. Even price given by staff, then manager does not agrees. Seems like waste of time, energy and money.They even tell extra charges for credit card swipes, seems like they discourage customers. If brand emi doesnot have any charges why I was told. Seems am discouraged to go to VS now.

First and foremost there is no space/ not enough space for customers. Yesterday I had gone there . At the finance desk I kept standing for more than half an hour till processing was going on,as no sitting arrangements are there. Even at the payment desk you have to wait a lot all the time standing as no seats are there. There is no one to deliver water which a normal courtsey demands. I purchased a refrigerator and it has been delivered but even after trying the number /customer care number I couldn't get it. Even a couple of times ring was there nobody picked up. It is pathetic state of affairs when your old working freeze is gone and all stored things are in open but no phone call rec'd that demo person shall come. None of the sales executives gives their number and you have to rush to the show room. Yesterday I had conveyed my greivance to the sales executive also and all he could say is sorry. I am putting all this so that other customers get aware before purchase and may be some sane person at helms does take remedial action. Hope for the best and be prepared for the worster state of affairs.

Rude sales staff... Manager At Janakpuri Should Learn To Handle A Complaint... The management at Vijaya sales Janak puri Is Very Poor, has no professionalism in them, Few Of The Staff I Found is Very Rude , today i went to buy Mi Tv, I asked For 65 inch , he said nai hai,, I asked 43 inch , he said nai hai, in a very rude behaviour , full of attitude, i didnt ask the name of that sales guy, but he was super rude, the short heighted gym guy, i talked to the manager about this , but he simply ignored this matter, the manager should groom the staff properly, they should know how to behave properly with the customers, i am an old vijay sales customer , have bought lot of stuff from this janakpuri branch.. i don't think i will ever visit them again... just because of the staff behaviour,...
