Was great! Should open an inhouse cafe.

They don't even deserve a single star of review. They never pickup the call and make fool of us by just saying things that does not make any sense. It been 5 days and my AC is not installed yet all issue is from vijay sales. I had to visit vijay sales 3 or 4 times for every query i got because they don't pick up phone calls.

Great customer service. The staff was very cordial and response to our queries were given promptly. It's always a pleasure shopping in vijay sales. Good products with good pricing

Unprofessional and illiterate staff, specially the store manager and floor manager. Don't know how to talk with people. Big promises while closing a deal but after sales service is 0(zero) even negative. No body bothers what challenges or issues you are facing, they just know how to loot people

Hopeless service,no point in of contact at the showroom,manager always busy in something or the other except for customers, horrible billing section,one has to wait for atleast 45 mins for billing,that too for wrong address delivery.When try to tell the cashier about incorrect address,no proper reply received.bought 2 airconditioner on 4th April,still awaiting the delivery .

Pathetic service. If possible won’t give even a single star. Purchased Daikin Ac on 10th April however delivery was dine after 3 days that too after multiple complaints. Now when I called for installation they are saying they have not done any such purchase. Product has been delivered, bill is with me but they are not ready to listen or resolve this. Instead of copy pasting this generic review reply first check your email, WhatsApp business account and your floor manager’s WhatsApp business account. I have requested everywhere however not received any help from you people. My issue is still not resolved. Vijay sales and Bajaj finance employees at this location are making fool of people at this branch. Just for their own profit they created two cx id’s on one cx name and after 13 days of purchase and multiple visits to store, I have still not received my invoice. They are liar. Don’t visit this branch. Pathetic service and looting people

This store only focuses on selling a product and making false promises. The manager Mr. ANIL (Janak Puri location) is a sweet talker and once the sale is done he would stop communication and keeping his promises. He started blaming us for calling him since the engineer for the TV installation didn't show up since morning and i had been waiting at home all day. In his words, "why are you even calling me?". I requested him to provide a timeline for the engineer visit which he straightaway refused to provide. The tone was very aggressive and not at all customer centric. Please refrain from visiting this place.
