Bought An Air conditioner. Actually just paid for it yesterday. The staff was very polite and helped me select. Once I decided to buy and pay, the ordeal actually started - you stand in queue for paying.. as if its RationShop.... almost 30 mins wait. Promised delivery next day -with some call centre phone numbers to follow up - Mind you they dont want to share any individuals name or any escalation mechanism if you have problem.... Now, next day - no signs of delivery - after numerous attempts and some excruciating punching of numbers for different IVR options - reach a polite executive at the other end who just repeats the order details. When asked about delivery she says it has not been delivered!! I told her I know, thats why I am calling. Wanted to know when it would be delivered - she says, she has no idea only warehouse knows - on my asking she says she has raised a "querry".. and that she does not know when she will have an answer. so net net - these fly by night mindset companies have learnt all the tools from Amazon to become faceless and unaccountable to their customers.. . Zero relationships - just buy pay and get lost - if you are lucky you might get a product and it might run.... So instead of now following up to them I probably need to visit temple and pray that I can get it tomorrow.

Not a good experience. The sales people are more loyal to the shop than customers and start pushing their own inventory & not what you want as per your choice or by company catalogue or company websites. Parking is a big problem.

The perfect place to go if you want to buy anything but not sure and if you want to compare between products of different brands or same brand. They also give satisfactory discounts that will content your heart and your wallet. Their delivery services and installation services are pretty good too. a must visit if u have to buy Fridges, ACs, Purifiers, Smartphones, DSLR cameras, Speakers or any electronic products on amazing discounts.

This is a good shop which is well lit and always shining with products they have three floors of electronics so options are in plenty but the sales representative at times would be bit rude and stuff, so always smile while you are asking about the products, everyone there is well taught and prepped and they have the knowledge about the products they are selling.
