Ms Neha, the sales executive, was very elaborate in explaining the product(TV) I had intended to buy. Thank Neha..you were superb.

A very pathetic and unprofessional services. I had purchase a LG Brand split AC 2 Ton Dual Inverter along with 5 KVA Stabilizer from Vijay Sales, Janapuri Store on 14-04-2021. Somehow they could not get the installation done, on escalation they asked me to return the products and they will refund the money. It is more than 8 days since they have taken the product back but neither refund the money nor bother to give me the status. Vijay Sales Janakpuri, New Delhi team is full of unprofessional, cheater and untruthful sales person who will make all kind of promises just to get money out of their customers pocket and once it is paid they customer is on their mercy that is what I have learnt to deal with them. I caution every customer who step in this stores must be careful so that no one like me landed up in such situation.

Have been a long time satisfied customer for this outlet, but latest experience was disappointing and felt cheated. I bought a Bose soundlink portable speaker and I could battery performance issue from day 1 and in a month it was dead. Seems they sold me a faulty and used speaker

Horrible . The sales people are now so arrogant. I've been a customer for more than a decade . Yesterday was my worst experience ever. Being a regular customer I request for same day delivery was arrogantly rejected. I went to Sargam Electronics got better price and installed my AC in one hour !! Badi dukaan .. pheeka pakwaan ! Please try local vendor before this Monster Vijay Sales . Avoidable !😠
