There after sales support is pathetic. These sales agent didn't have the courtesy to follow up with the customer's requirement when the product gets sold. I must mention that I haven't got proper bill for my AC which I purchased 10 days ago. There so called sales person pretend to help you. But they are the reason you end up calling all their contacts but you reach no where. I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this branch of vijay sales. And even if you do. Don't follow up with the salesperson name SACHIN . That's the truth. Thank you.
