Accessories inside is never complete. 4. customer care is 24*7 unavailable. PLEASE AVOID VISITING VIJAY SALES. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Vijay sales good ambience and handling process is very perfect
There was a time a decade ago when Vijay Sales was dominating the market. The staff was then courteous but today they're arrogant. Then they treat you as god now they treat you like a beggar. Vijay sales will be doomed for sure if they won't change their staff and service handler on the floor.
Good sales staff. They are very supportive
I am giving you less stars not because of staff. Staff is very supportive n polite. But company is not agree for extra discount of Rs500 only. Very bad impression on customer mind.
I usually buy my electronic item from vijay sales itself but unfortunately this time (Last month) I went to purchase a new laptop (Which bought from Electronic Paradise few metres from Vijay sales) , the executives were treating like we are beggers and asking for free laptop. I left the place without purchasing from Vijay sales due to the bad behaviour of sales executive, and fortunately it was good for me as the price difference was 3 thousand lesser.
After sales is very poor, I bought 2 Split Ac with extended warranty for 5 years. It is very difficult to contact them, there no. is always busy. With great difficulty ultimately managed to contact but they haven't serviced the ACs, comedy ng up with a new excuse every time
The services are great.Neha Grover the employee is a very polite person.She guided me the best product.must visit for best experience.
