Hetha is amazing brand. They all r doin great job, plus the service they r doing to Indian indigenous cows is wonderful. All there products are top quality. I am having their products from last 2 yrs, wonderful experience

Super Quality as always expected... So so many thanks for HETHA members for wonderful products/support... Every product made by you is super quality and amazing... I'm not so much rich and belong to a lower background family, despite it I'm trying to purchase and looking forward to you... Soon I will do it another purchase... Thanks 🙏🕉

Initially milk was good, having used several days, 2 days around Diwali, my 1 year baby had serious stomach pain and continuous vomiting of spoiled milk, consulted Dr. And he asked to stop this milk, the moment we stopped the milk, vomiting and stomach pain was fine. My baby lost 2kg weight post that, had to search for more reliable options. And switch to powder milk for somedays as prescribed. (Dr. Prescription is attached) So, Even after paying 150rs fpr 1 litre milk, there is no guarantee of pureness, also the delivery service is super unreliable of Hetha, they have lowest quality of people working in their team, they are charging 3 times than Mother dairy or Amul, but have hired lowest grade of operations team and customer support. The delivery was delayed during Diwali hence this could be a reason of spoiled milk, else quality is good, nothing which you might not get with some other provider which provides in fresh milk in glass bottles. Actually they have very unreliable service, wanted to restart the milk but then 3 days consistently did not deliver the milk, quoting tons of random reasons, please take this business seriously as most of the Customers buy for their infants, when it is not delivered then there is no other option. Once infants get used to one kind of milk they take several days to adapt to other. Hence I have stopped your service and opted for more reliable delivery options, please refund the balance amount in wallet. Thanks for taking care of lovely cows and I am grateful that I could contribute towards cows wellness. What a Customer support for a 6month old customer: have asked for a refund of my wallet balance. Talked to Preeti, Laxmi, deepak and many more. It has been 20+ days. Registered number is 73****7079. My wife has taken 100s of follow ups.
