HETHA

Worst products and worst team. Purchased Kajal 1 month back for 1000/-. eyes were paining after applying, repeatedly contacted Hetha team but no reply. Had also purchased butter from them 6 months back, but after opening it was watery and sour. Contacted them but response or revert from them. Had send them photos before even opening the seal, but no response/ replacement from Hetha Ayush

Very good pure satvik atmosphere full of positive vibes

heta gaushala is a very wonderful place I bought an eye drop from here and it is very good

I've been taking milk from hetha I think since the year they started operations. Close to 9 yrs. The milk quality is undoubtedly unmatched. Beautiful pure raw A2 milk. And of crs you pay a premium price for that. Having said that, although in this price the quality is close to perfect their operations and delivery system is horrifying. Over the years one would hope to see some improvement but each delivery day (which is alternate days and not everyday like most other providers) is a torment. The unsurity of whether the milk will be delivered or not, the inconsistent timing, the never ending excuses the hetha team gives for being unable to deliver, the repeated innumerable phone calls one has to go through to find out if at all the delivery is coming or not and then being left stranded without milk for the little baby because of their inconsistency has made me go looking for better options. I've tried to reach Aseemji (owner) for a better solution but seems to have no solution to the problem.im merely writing this review in the hope that the owner takes note that his hardwork and amazing effort to provide such good product is being absolutely ruined by his irresponsible team. It would have been a delight if they'd be able to retain their oldest customers, but we don't pay such premium prices only for the quality of milk which we may or may not recieved after all. I hope the owner takes cognisance and makes an improvement because I'm very very disappointed by the inept delivery system. Update on the above review: the delivery is improved overtime.regular deliveries are recieved (still on alternate days only) with very few very occasional delays which are generally with understandable reasons... However I'd say it'll be fantastic if these delays are advised in advance via messaging system and if they could start a daily delivery system. I've increased the rating to 5 star for actually caring to make a noticeable improvement.

Good to see cows in good condition and cleaning was good

I found their product quality to be very good. I am also very impressed with how Hetha treats its old cows and bulls and that none are left on the road. Most dairies kill male calf's and leave non milking cows but not with Hetha. It is there for everyone to see. Overall a great experience. Keep it up.

Hetha ke products bohut aache hai mai hetha ka honey humesha leta hu, or mujhe vo bohut pure laga... Thank you for serving purity..

I have recently started using Hetha ghee ( desi cow ghee) , the quality ,smell ,the purity ...is really very nice .it is bit expensive but I have no issue with it because ..i have used other company ghee ,and it is not pure ......great place 👏👏👏and great product …

So many cows and very well kept. The hygiene is worth seeing. Quality of products is excellent. Services are good. Staff and Mr Rawat are very polite and show the farm around. They also offer buttermilk to visitors. Thank you for the amazing farm tour and letting us meet so many intelligent and magnificent desi cows.
