Hetha is built on strong principles . The trust that Hetha has on its product remains matchless . I have been a Hetha customer for over five years and keep coming back for more . I have relocated to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and the only way to have an A2 milk here is to get the pasteurized Carton packed milk . Folks here buy carton packed milk for one full week, over the weekend . This is so odd as compared to the Hetha milk we were so used to , while in NOIdA. So, we must thank Hetha for making the best quality, unadulterated, non-pasteurized milk from indigenous cows, accessible at home . The combination is priceless as the market of full of adulterated feeds and practices to generate high fat milk . Sometimes I observe a handful of customers complaining about the milk delivery time. I only urge that when you look at things from a different perspective , it appears so different . We don’t get a Hetha Quality milk at all here in KL and if I ever did , I would even travel a few miles to get it . Waiting sometimes would be absolutely acceptable to me for the liquid gold . Appreciate the goodness that comes with Hetha Milk . Nevertheless , we still get to enjoy the Hetha bilona ghee that helps us keep going . Loads of wishes to the Hetha team for doing a fantastic work .

I visited Hetha out of curiosity. Was received by a lady and she showed me the farm with enthusiasm. I also understood what ethical milking means.I was shown the office and discovered majority of the office staff was from rural background but now knew computers and English. Women empowerment @Hetha. I also witnessed butter churning and the making of Chyawanprash. It was a pleasant and memorable trip. God bless Hetha.

Pathetic experience. Highly unprofessional group of individuals. I asked to stop my milk subscription and they confirmed also, next day in my absense delivery guy delivered the milk bottle and after few days the same delivery person came to ask money for the same. When I denied as we were not at home at the time of delivery also a day before I stopped my subscription, that milk went bad and went into the dustbin, delivery guy started shouting and argued at out place. I highly recommend to not to even try their products.

The milk quality is poor. I understand you cannot get equivalent quality of milk but you can easily catch adulteration of water just to meet varied demand on daily basis. If you want to taste milk that taste like water being sold at Rs140 then go ahead and enjoy the service.

Awesome Very neat n clean Well organised super experience

A beautiful start-up with a larger than life vision, that's seriously messed up its delivery in recent times. I subscribed to Hetha milk 5 years ago for my parents' consumption and have been a devoted customer since then. They started with a lot of promise and top quality milk. Over the past six months, however, we've had a harrowing experience with Hetha and a support team that is completely dishonest. I am so disheartened at the moment with the way they've handled their delivery, continuously messing up the timings - sometimes delivering in the afternoon/night instead of mornings and sometimes not delivering at all. On most days they forget to inform about these delayed timings leaving my senior citizen father to rush for commercial milk from the market at the last minute. I almost stopped their service 3 months ago but somehow they convinced me to continue promising me better times ahead. However, their delivery service never really improved and in fact got worse over time. More recently, they dumped 3 filled milk bottles at my parents' place because their third party delivery person couldn't deliver those at another house. Despite my parents' firm refusal to take in milk bottles that did not belong to them, Hetha literally forced them to keep it, promising my parents that it'll be collected by their own rider either the same or next day. Four days fast forward, those milk bottles probably with rotten milk plus 7 other empty bottles are still lying around in my parents' tiny home, still waiting to be collected. What's worse is that they don't bother to respond to our pleas to collect the bottles or work on their delivery. Even when they do speak to us, they are completely uncommitted and blurt out promises that they never keep. They might have a genuine issue but that doesn't give them the license to be dishonest. I had been patient so far with Hetha because I believe they were doing it for a good cause. Unfortunately, a good product is not enough for a brand to be sustainable. A good customer service that delivers on its promises and doesn't take its customers for granted is equally important. I still wish them the very best and hope they are able to sort out these serious issues. I am planning to unsubscribe to their milk with a heavy heart because my parents have had enough of their shoddy service.

I really like there quality of milk....very pure .getting pure milk in Delhi ncr is rare,but hetha gaushala provide .

Hetha is proudly working on indigenous cows,and this is one of the best startup in india...it is really very difficult to handle 1100+ cows...and i really appreciate this

Highly unprofessional people. They do not keep record of the payment. I made payment online for my order and delivery person took cash also from us. And also the quality of milk and chaach was really bad. It does not seem like these people are running professional business. Lack of communication and coordination is there.
