Poor quality milk. Rude delivery boys. The Dairy farm puts too many terms and conditions. Comes at 4am to deliver milk when most of the people are sleeping. Sell milk at 120 rupees a KG and take monthly advance. Milk cream is very thin & is like rubber difficult to chew. Overall pathetic experience. Dear all, I am revising my review after the owner wrote a completely unacceptable response to my review above. The owner is giving me lectures on mannerism where he has never spoken to me despite the repetitive calls before I finally had an outburst. After a while any body's patience will run out. As per your review below, I accept that I am an NRI... Rest all your statements are false Mr. Rawat (owner).... Get your facts right Mr. Owner before you start writing reply to my review. You just heard spiced up things from your incompetent staff & wrote here as a response. Totally unprofessional & shameful behavior at your part. Be it summers or winters.. I mentioned clearly that the milk supply is for my aged mother who had undergone a knee replacement surgery for both her knees. She was in fragile condition when your rude delivery boys used to literally scold her for making them wait for 2-3 minutes while opening the door at 4:00 am in the morning. I have the complete conversation on whatsapp stored... In which I had interaction at both your Hetha support & Hetha Escalation numbers on whatsapp. Where I had explained the situation time & again & complained. If you trigger me... I can stick the complete whatsapp conversation here. You guys behave as if you are the only dairy farm operational on this earth. STOP BRAGGING MR. RAWAT 👎 NO BODY GIVES A DAMN TO YOUR STINKING ATTITUDE !!! Mr. RAWAT, I also wish to inform you that, I did not write the review for your personal consumption... My review is to help people understand the experience & make a choice carefully. Going forward, hope you will learn a positive lesson & showcase better service standards for the people who are consuming your Farm's Milk. Regarding Milk quality, there can be 5-10% variation in milk quality as per the food intake of your Cows and the weather conditions. But it can not be 60-40%.... Rather than writing responses here... Check at your end why such things are happening. Service issues & bad milk quality is what I remember "Hetha Farm" as even now.

Truly a miracle. I am a lactose intolerant guy. I decided to try A 2 milk from Hetha. I drank a full glass of milk, to my amazement, I am absolutely fine. Let's get back to our roots. Believe me, you would not find the rate to be on the higher side, if you compare it with health benefits.

We visited this place yesterday. Owner or senior worker Mr Rawat was rude and extremely inhospitable. He did not even care to introduce himself truthfully. For everything, he had a standard answer that you need to visit Karnal to learn more. And he suggested that if he has not faced an issue in 8 years of operation, the issue doesn't exist. If such is the nature and attitude of dairy farmers in the country God help the industry. 2 stars are for the sole reason that we respect the industry and discount for the fact that this person may not have good mannerisms.

It's was a good experience to visit here.

I see some people complaining about product quality. I think this is the best brand available in the market. Rather than giving my kids groceries with preservatives and flavors to make them taste good and last longer, I prefer to give these chemical free products.

BEST A2 MILK IN DELHI NCR. It's better to drink quality milk rather than drinking harmful A1 milk. If you can't afford to drink A2 milk daily then you can opt for alternate , once a week or once a Month Delivery. Traditional milk costs 50/litre, for 30 days it will cost 50x30= 1500. Hetha A2 Milk costs 150/litre, for 10 days it will cost 150x10 = 1500. It's better to drink A2 milk 10 times a month rather than drinking A1 milk daily. Choice is yours. Use your money Wisely.

NEVER GONNA ORDER MILK FROM HERE . Firstly, I am their fan. I love the overall company, their ways of animal care & their products. Secondly, why would anyone order milk from here ? Obviously for better quality of milk - " For health " Else there is low quality milk available in plastic packs. Lastly, Personally I will never order milk from here because many times the quality was bad, the milk was smelling and even then after trusting the company I consumed it & had extreme stomach issues, when led me to be on bed rest. I buy something for health and it goes against the health. So it's better to not go for it. Other thing I buy regularly is honey which is one of the best on the planet i believe & I'm thankful for that.

Hetah is all about indigenous cows and selling natural products to customers They are very dedicated and care of cows and feeding.
