The milk is of superior quality but the customer support management has extremely bad behaviour. Their accounts management is very bad which indicates their greed.Ms shweta is assigned senior post in management but she is highly unprofessional, rude and an idiot. Cows of 3 varieties can be found here. Priyanka ji, mansi ji and vaid ji are very helpful and supportive.

Poor quality milk dnt buy from 2 year my mom was saying milk is not good but i was fool still purchasing from hetha and denying my mothers word, but when i bought milk from gaushala near me it was very good without any smell ,,but hetha milk quality is very poor its highly pathetic...

The quality and services of Hetha are remarkable. Hetha is the only brand that I know and can confidently say does not compromise on quality.

Milk is great and is a complete meal for me. I dont think anything i take anything else in my diet as pure as this. I am writting this review coz i read other reviews where people are complaining about customer services. I say, people should understand the effort Hetha team is putting in to give us best quality milk. Service n customer care dsnt have to be 5star if the product is better then 5star.

Very bad experience, very mismanaged delivery system. Their rates are touching sky. Cow milk 150/- per ltr including no support for delivery and issues. Their competitors providing equally quality milk having rates way lower. Rs. 150 / ltr is not at all justified in any case whatever the morality or religious regions they give. People who have no idea about villages nearby get into their impression. Atleast visit nearby villages and you can same A2 quality milk in one third of cost. The staff is not internally coordinated, very doubtful if owner is paying any attention or interested to add new customers.

Actually finding pure gaumaa products was impossible thing but after visiting your place I find my answer.. You are doing a great job with best effort..All activities are based upon traditional methods or using ayurvedic norms.. Cows are much healthier and also very neat..staff are well trained and cooperative. I wish to visit here regularly.

Best place for cow lovers they keep bull calf and old cow too...so they are ethical farm owner.great place....god bless them..

Absolutely agree with all one star ratings. Hetha is basically bunch of arrogant, non ethical and over smart people. Each and every single line in one star reviews is correct and you can even see glimpse in response from Hetha. They feel that they are on top of the world but they are the people who actually selling gow mata with one carrot feeding photo. Milk quality is also compromised most of the time so innocent ppl buying that milk thinking they are getting something wonderful are actually being cheated. The truth is that they are hopeless. So no star for them and big zero for their attitude, arrogance and unprofessional way of working with average quality milk.
