Wish i can give them no star . One of the most arrogant teams Milk quality is par with other good cow milk suppliers, infact off late the quality has also dropped . They just want to charge premium and services are below average . If you complain as a consumer, they will only come up with excuses and claim that you are at fault. Overall bad experience. They will push you to pay advance and then they will deduct based on their discretion even when milk curdles due to delayed delivery. All damage in any case will be deducted based on their discretion. As a buy you have to agree to their terms else they will behave rudely. Truly a non -ethical group The reason I had posted this was to show that all they do is blame the consumer and make all stories. We got a first call to pay advance in month of May and we agreed to pay it for June, so reason to point finger at us. I can share what's app messages from your team for the same. Why we should be charged for milk curdling due to delay at your end is your problem. I decided not to accept this term as it is one sided only. if milk curdled due to delay at my end will you consider this . You business is only about making sure that customer is stuck and you deduct amount as u want, once u have the advance.. Earlier also milk has curdled but we never argued and managed. If it starts to become a habit, not acceptable. There is something called as brand experience and expectation. When we pay premium amount for any brand we expect good services , which we never got. Why would anyone pay advance when they are not sure of your services and product? 1.On one side when you charge premium, then why you make such rules for 3 times curdling should be acceptable. 2. Till date despite of all complains made to you,show me once where you have responded to the customer with a solution other than excuses and blaming it all on the consumer. 3. You overlooked that every month your accounts team was corrected for wrongly charging us when milk was not delivered. I don't understand , how can an organization be so biased and always claim to be right . Please value your customer, they are your partners in running your farm. Tested with DRDO kit sold at amazon.in and all tests were found positive. Starch, Urea and Detergent. I advise everyone to test regularly before purchasing any milk. The test kit is cheaper than their litre price. Extended 1 star because the owner accepted the challenge, so they're serious about this. I got to know about A1 and A2 milk few months ago. I was looking for A2 milk providers and tried hetha. You can feel the purity of milk when you gulp down the sips. My son is 12 years old and he loves the milk. I do not need to add Bournvita now. Earlier he could not drink without Bournvita as he was used to it since 4 years. Now with hetha milk, first time in 4 years, he has started drinking without bournvita and still loves the milk. I read about pasteurisation and it really damages the milk proteins. We should not drink pasteurised milk but only raw boiled milk. Ghee should be bilona only that we consume. We have lost the old ways of our ancestors and hetha brings it back to our lives. Hetha support is very kind. They have some small service issues at times. No organization is perfect but when intentions are clean then small service hiccups are managable. Happy to be assocaited with hetha. Hope to continue the relation forever. Cheers to hetha

Sorry to say if someone get hurt...but it true..i have used gir cow milk 2 yrs ago n now m again got a chance to use it..but I m so disappointed bcz milk was not good n mixed with much water n same as previous time ..so concluded that hetha xudnt maintain quality n influenced with money...so b cotious

I can not afford Rs. 150 for one litre. I require 2 litres per day . It means Rs. 9000 per month which is 30% of my monthly income. Only rich people can afford . My kid is 1.5 years old and I do not want to give him poison in form of milk which is widely available in market. But I am forced to do so.as I can not afford too costly organic desi cow milk. Earlier I was thinking that may be bad experience of few customer forcing them to think that Hetha is not customer oriented Company. But now the way you people are responding it is totally unethical behavior. I am nnot taking any product of Hetha but the way you responded forced be to think in same way. First of all if I am bothering about A2 organic milk then I am concerned about quality. Otherwise market is full of easily available affordable milk. Second thing is that if you deliver in alternate day than it does not mean that my consumption will reduce, it will remain same. In that case I will take 4 liters milk in a day it means INR 600 for one day and INR 9000 per month. I was really astonished when you calculated my requirement according to your policy which does not make any sense. Now Hetha is telling that as I am not capable to spend so i am not concerned about quality. Definitely I told you it is 30% of my salary and not my only I hope highly qualified team of Hetha is also aware about per ca pita Income. But what is most disgusting thing is that a company which is aware that a person who is earning low is not our targeted customer, so started to insult them my telling that you are not capable. You people have low moral values like other capitalistic thinkers. Your highly knowledgeable management is quite aware about the upcoming demand for organic products and how people are dying for healthy foods due to increasing rate of sickness in country. Even I can show you interview of your management in which they clearly stated that we have large number of customers so we do not need to reduce our price. Do not worry as demand of organic goods is growing in same ratio new companies are growing. Even three months back not a single company was ready to deliver organic A2 Cow milk in my area including Hetha , but today so many companies are delivering. I am taking organic desi cow milk delivering at my door step @ Rs. 80 per liter. I hope organizational behavior is now self explanatory for low rating for which you are dying. One more thing the day I would become capable to purchase milk from Hetha, Definitely I will not and also I will not recommend to any person. But it is not the thing to worry cause your target segment is with you.

We are associated with Hetha for quite few years and in these years we never seen any compromise with the quality of products be it milk, ghee or other products associated with desi cows. We believe in desi cow cause and Hetha is doing very good job for this cause.

Customer care on whatsapp is extremely painful, she responds very slow and have to ask 10 times for a single rational response. very painful. product quality is great, though pricing on higher side

They have become too arrogant and lack behind in customer service They follow the mantra of Customer Is Always Wrong! And Hetha and team are the Gods who can never fall short or can be wrong! THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE PAYMENT ISSUE, WE HAVE ALWAYS PAID ON TIME ON TIME. AND NEVER GAVE YOU A CHANCE TO COMPLAIN. WE HAVE ALL THE COURAGE TO PAY FOR THE MILK WE CONSUMED. IT'S ABOUT THE ATTITUDE towards customer! May the mother cow who they are serving bless them with politeness and teach them to handle sucesss!
