Excellent customer service.. they made my order delivered at a place which was at outskirts from the main city and the same day delivery wasn't possible but they did it on my request. Extremely happy with the customer service, will definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you for making it so special for the birthday girl.. Very happy :)

Great service! I placed an order for Chocolatey Red Velvet cake for a friend who stays in another city, for birthday. The cake reached on time as requested, intact in one piece, looked & tasted good. Overall, a very good experience with Floweraura. Will definitely use this website again for gifting.

I ordered cake and flowers for Mother’s Day They promised us to deliver on the same day. 12th may I paid extra for that . First when your track the order the time it keeps saying was between 8pm to 9pm . Then they deliver the order 1am it’s the next day of the Mother’s Day . We are from good families is this the time to deliver and ring somebody’s bell while someone’s sleeping. Instead of giving my mom a surprise she got scared. This is not how you run business on a busy day, the delivery guy was soo tired what can you say to him ,it’s obviously not his fault. Whoever is managing deliveries should have more staff on busy days . I emailed recently As There was no response over the phone , instead of an apology their employee answered me back saying your order has been delivered like wowww seriously pathetic service .

Extremely slow delivery. Gave them a standard delivery slot from 6 am to 9 pm It's 10:15 pm and I haven't received my order yet. It was supposed to be a Mother's Day special order and we're still waiting on the cake :) Edit : It says the order was delivered but I never received it. The customer care is of no help send me the same automated messages and emails.

FlowerAura team makes it possible to express your feelings to your loved ones through their amazing team work and sweet gesture. Even if one gets stuck their team responds back either via call or mail. This attitude of the team is just awesome. They all deal with us so softly and make the things very smooth. I honestly do not wish to even give them 1 star.. the good reviews seem to be paid.. I agree with those who have written that they are good with ruining the events. I ordered rakhi through them - which has not reached till date Nad it's Rakhi tomorrow. Their customer care is totally careless and casual. They do not have any answer to concern - they would not connect you to their seniors - it's not their protocol - all they suggest you is to wait till the order arrives as they say their vendor is not replying to their msgs. What a shame! Very disappointing experience. Please think 10000 times before placing an order for them. Do not ever trust them for any special occasions.. Place an order if you have patience to wait till eternity for your order to arrive! Stay away!! SCAM ALERT!!

I think FlowerAura has spent a lot on their performance marketing budget but nothing on customer service and delivery. So you can watch the ad and place an order but you can't be sure if the order will be actually delivered or not! I placed a rakhi order in advance and not only was it not delivered I wasn't even informed of the delay. When I reached out I got a weird reply about not being able to share the exact delivery date and after that they simply stopped responding. So I can keep on wondering whatever happened - and obviously my Rakhi isn't reaching on time. Needless to add the customer support number never works! No aura about this brand, just pathetic.

Wonderful service. The commitment made was fulfilled. Their chat support was active without even requesting for it and it was smooth assistance. Loved their service. And the most important part which has definitely made me a fan of this company is their exceptional customer service and the product being exactly as it appeared in the picture on their website. Fresh flowers and fresh cake was one more point I wanted do add on.
