My order as referred above, has been delivered to our complete satisfaction as though you mentioned that your delivery timings are between 9 AM and 7 PM,on my request the Order has been delivered after 9AM. You really understood our feelings and sentiments on the Occasion and obliged our request. Your service is excellent and efforts are laudable. Thanking you very much.

Had the best experience with floweraura. It was a last minute order i needed the cake to be delivered before midnight and I gave the order at around 10pm. They made sure the cake got delivered by around 11. I couldn't have asked for a better service especially the guy at the customer support end (I think his name is pankaj) really helped me out. Thanks again. Thoroughly impressed and pleased by the services provided.

I shall recommend people not to order any product from FlowerAura. They provide the worst services possible to the customer. I have tried getting in touch with their customer care support, but there is no response from them. If this is the way they are delivering goods for the customer, I am sorry but the customers are smart enough to choose a better option for online delivery of flowers/combos. In my opinion, I personally would never order from FlowerAura and neither would i recommend any of my dear ones to order from them.

Overseas customer please don’t use their service, especially if you have to send gifts at a specific time! No point paying extra money for their poor service and low quality flowers(please don’t go by the picture, flowers don’t look anything like that)! I hired their service to send flowers at 12am (paid extra money for this hour delivery) for my dad’s 65th birthday and they messed it up. Not only did they not deliver on time, their customer service representative very rudely asked me to pay money again when I asked if they then can at least deliver between 11-12pm at least (12 hours after)!! When I asked them to cancel the order and refund they gave lame excuses like nobody was picking the call hence they went back. Interestingly, I had order a cake from a bakery nearby which was able to deliver at the same time.

Quality was great timing was also good. However as i sent a birthday cake no name was written on the cake and no happy birthday indicators were included. I hope next time when i place an order these things are taken care of. All in all a good experience still can be improved.

This is the first time I am ordering from them and i am impressed at how the online chat was very supportive enough to guide me with my orders. I did not get any combo but instead i need a specialized order, the agent was kind enough to manually add my orders, then guide me all the way to payment. Good Job!

Hello peeps. I just had to cancel one of my birthday orders unfortunately n I hv been trying all the night regarding cancellation but waste. Luckily the zendesk person ankur made it possible for me. Thank U ankur. U have good patience n dedication to ur customers.

My friend loved the pink rose bouquet that was delivered by Flower Aura She said the roses were fresh and beautiful. The birthday greeting card too was very pretty They delivered on time ! What more can any customer want?

I wanted a midnight delivery, but could not place it before 4 pm the same day. I then checked with chat support (Aunik) who was very helpful - despite just 4 hours notice, he said it can be done once I gave the address. Also guided me through the payment process. And of course, love the various options available on the site. Great service, thanks!
